Thought that was a likely interception when Jalen Hurts let's go of the ball but it somehow gets through Quentin Lake's hands (mistimed jump) and then Darius Cooper makes one of the better catches you'll see. Looked like a video game glitch in real time

The last time the Phillies won a playoff game where neither Bryce Harper nor Kyle Schwarber homered was Game 4 of the 2023 NLDS. In five of their six wins since then, Harper and Schwarber have combined for at least two homers.

Drake Baldwin just missed a fastball to hit. So did Matt Olson. Michael Harris II did not.

Feel like Aaron Nola may have been a little spooked by that fastball he threw to Drake Baldwin

Tim Hudson threw out the first pitch. And @ryanhoward just homered

We live in a capitalist world..and in the way you’re trying to spin it..Kap was the one who truly capitalized..respectfully. Kap wasn’t playing well..and he was clearly bothered when Gabbert became the starting QB. The whole kneeling controversy shifted the focus..and Kap rode that wave..presenting himself as an activist while..in my opinion..leading people who are genuinely struggling down the wrong path for selfish reasons.. I don’t believe Kap would have taken a knee if he had been the starting QB. If the Niners was on the way to the Super Bowl that year..the protest would be much easier to understand. But when I hear that he “lost his whole career” because of it, I think that’s a stretch. Every athlete has their day…
People just ask yourself. Who would you believe more, JayZ who clearly is capitalizing and making money off of what happened. Or Colin Kaepernick who lost his whole career off of what happened.

they say baseball is a game of failure. really, it's a game of overcoming failure. the last team standing is the one that doesn't stay down. the Phillies were that team in game 2. three players, three stories, one wild win share.inquirer.com/v1FaPv

Phillies were scrambling Jonathan Bowlan in the bullpen even before Painter threw balls 5 and 6 to Michael Harris. Tie game and Painter is your length keep in mind
