Republicans were handed a trifecta and a mandate in 2024, yet Congress, specifically the Senate, did nothing but undermine President Trump and leave him to govern via temporary executive orders that ended up in protracted legal battles with activist judges that were never held to account. John Thune allowed over 100 critical House-passed bills to die in the Senate because he refused to nuke the filibuster, something every Democrat has said they’ll do if they take back control. Republican voters begged for 2 years to get any type of election integrity legislation passed, and John Thune refused. Chuck Grassley refused to get rid of blue slips to get all of Trump’s judicial nominees confirmed, but had plenty of time to upload videos of himself at Dairy Queen. Less than 20% of Trump’s EO’s were codified into law. This was the LEAST productive Congress in history, taking 364 days off. Why would Republican voters feel inspired to go out and vote for people who literally do nothing with the power given to them?

WHO IS JAKE SULLIVAN, THE MAN BEHIND THE CONSPIRACY TO OVERTHROW PRESIDENT TRUMP? Jake Sullivan served as a key advisor to Hillary Clinton, including as her Deputy Chief of Staff at the State Department and senior policy advisor during her 2016 presidential campaign, where he shaped foreign and domestic policy strategies. At the State Department, Sullivan implemented Hillary's strategy to prop up Al Qaeda, was involved in the Benghazi cover-up, and was implicated in Hillary's private server scandal. Sullivan was one of the key architects of the Hillary Clinton plan to tie Donald Trump to Russian intelligence to distract from her email scandal, which was costing her the presidential election. The Plan, personally approved by Obama and financed by Soros, became known as the Russiagate Conspiracy. Sullivan conspired with Hillary's lawyers Marc Elias and Michael Sussmann, along with Hillary campaign advisors, to manufacture the Russiagate lies via the Steele Dossier and other means, and to feed them to the FBI and the media. Sullivan played a key role in promoting the manufactured lies about Trump-Russia ties, such as the falsified allegation of "Trump's secret server communications with Russia," also known as the Alfa Bank conspiracy. Court records show that Hillary Clinton personally approved sharing the Alfa Bank lies with the press, and Sullivan was the main advisor involved in the decision. After the 2016 presidential election, Sullivan participated in the conspiracy to overthrow President Trump. This included participating in meetings with Soros- and Hoffman-financed Daniel Jones, a former aide to California Sen. Dianne Feinstein, and Glenn Simpson and his partner Peter Fritsch of Fusion GPS, as part of the 2017-2018 effort to impeach President Trump for the manufactured "Russia ties." In 2017-2018, Sullivan and his co-conspirators continued to push the fabricated "Trump-Russia ties" lies to the media, the CIA, and the FBI. Soros and Hoffman-financed Fusion GPS continued to work with Christopher Steele, and the group gave manufactured, falsified "evidence" to the Senate Intelligence Committee and Senate Armed Services Committee against the President. These insidious efforts, amplified by the treacherous maneuvers of Comey, Brennan, and Clapper, ultimately orchestrated the fraudulent appointment of Special Counsel Mueller—dubbed the Mueller Witch Hunt—which relentlessly sabotaged and hampered the first Trump administration. To be continued...

🚨 Natalie Winters just uncovered the TALKING POINTS Democrats already have prepared in case Republicans lose the midterms. This is actually INSANE. 👇
Replying to @nataliegwinters
I also obtained the ready-made “TALKING POINTS”: “If he can’t accept that he lost in 2020, imagine what he’ll do to try to cling to power in 2026.” Another reads: “They’re not actually trying to prove anything about the last elections; they’re trying to fool us into doubting the next one. We’re not falling for it.”

The charges filed against James Comey are OOF. 🤯 It appears as if a whistleblower (Individual #1) has come forward. The complaint alleges Comey was part of a group conspiracy with others (some known! 👀) to knowingly violate the Espionage Act. James Comey apparently directed the group to solicit the whistleblower (individual #1) to disclose national security defense information to a reporter for NATIONAL NEWS PUBLICATION. Yikes. 😬

Ilhan Omar raided and under criminal investigation. L. Louise Lucas arrested and charged. Two senior FBI deep state subversives arrested. A long-standing marriage fraud operation dismantled in Massachusetts. Democrat Houston Tax Collector and staff arrested and charged with fraud. Fifteen people arrested and charged in LA for $2 billion healthcare fraud. All of this in the past week. Ignore the doomers who say nothing ever happens. They’ll never be happy, and just need an excuse to complain.

🚨 BREAKING: President Trump responds to the arrest of former DEEP STATE FBI agents this morning by @FBIDirectorKash and @AGToddBlanche "You know, they're CROOKED PEOPLE. They're DIRTY COPS. Comey is a dirty cop too." They did their best to defend Hunter Biden, and now they're in cuffs. COMEY belongs in a jail cell next.
🚨 BREAKING: The FBI has ARRESTED two former top FBI intelligence officials for LYING TO CONGRESS about their roles in the Hunter Biden investigations, @FBIDirectorKash announced The two officials helped "shape the public narrative" about Hunter Biden's laptop ahead of the 2020 election, and one of them allegedly claimed they only learned about it from WIKIPEDIA 🤣 The two former agents, Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides, surrendered to authorities this morning. And one of them privately claimed ON RECORD to be "running a shadow government" Throw the BOOK at them! 🔥

What’s actually going on in Ukraine is that there is a massive incentive difference between the elites and the people. The former have grown very rich off the hundreds of billions flowing to Ukraine, while the latter’s children are conscripted to die in trenches.

🚨 BREAKING: The White House just told middle-class Americans exactly where their paychecks have been going, and it's infuriating. From the podium: "If you're a middle class taxpayer in this country, before President Trump came along, you spent half your working life paying for fraudsters and scammers." Think about that. You paid every parking ticket and did everything the right way. Meanwhile, fake day cares billed for kids who didn't exist, and the crooks bought Mercedes, BMWs and mansions on your dime. The administration says it's already recovered a quarter of a trillion dollars and is aiming for a trillion. The looting is over. Time to take it all back.

BREAKING: Democrats on the Senate Homeland Security Committee just blocked a Republican effort to offer immunity to a former Dr. Fauci assistant in exchange for her testimony. She has been accused of destroying government documents on Fauci's behalf. Only one Democrat showed up to the meeting (Sen. Hassan D-NH), the other six voted no by proxy. All eight Republicans showed up. The resolution required a two-thirds vote to pass and it failed 8-7 along party lines. The unnamed former Fauci assistant previously pleaded the Fifth Amendment before the committee and refused to answer any questions, hence the GOP effort to offer her immunity from prosecution in exchange for her testimony. Republicans on the committee blasted their Democratic colleagues for not showing up, and for "having no interest in the truth." Chairman @RandPaul (R-KY): "There's no principal reason to vote against giving her immunity, the only reason is that you don't want her to answer, and you do not want to know the truth." Sen: @RonJohnsonWI (R-WI): "I do not want to see Anthony Fauci's assistant go to jail. I want the truth. I think it's pretty obvious today, we only have one Democrat here, we're not going to get it."

BRENNAN SUBPOENA: LEGAL EXPOSURE "GRAND CONSPIRACY" CASE GROWS - Subpoena requires former CIA Director to appear OCT 15 before a grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida, according to court records and Brennan's lawyer - First reported @etuckerAP POTENTIAL CHARGE: 18 USC 242 - Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law. - Makes it a federal crime to use your government office to violate an individual's legal or constitutional rights.  - Brennan allegedly used his authority as CIA Director to manipulate the 2017 intelligence report to imply President Trump was a puppet of Russia OCTOBER IS CRITICAL - In addition to Brennan Grand Jury appearance, longtime Comey ally and Columbia Law professor Daniel Richman is also under subpoena - Richman's statements to federal investigators about his role in media leaks to benefit Comey under scrutiny - Media leaks to protect Comey's image included Clinton email and Russia collusion probes -Comey's trial over "seashell threat" against POTUS also scheduled for October CONTEXT: KEY PLAYER IN FLORIDA GRAND CONSPIRACY CASE EXITS Joe diGenova's resignation Thursday seemed abrupt, but I understand tension with Justice Department leadership in Washington D.C. had been building for months. Justice Department officials in Washington favored a false-statements case in D.C. for Brennan, the only realistic place for a charge of lying to Congress. Brennan testified that the Democratic-funded Steele dossier, which portrayed Trump as a Russian asset, was not used in the 2017 intelligence assessment about the election. However, the discredited dossier was part of the package and in related language Sources familiar with the matter say diGenova argued that an indictment, let alone a conviction, from a D.C. jury was unlikely. diGenova then pursued leads that could theoretically support charges in Florida, where juries are viewed as more favorable to the Trump administration. TIMING: President Trump has been very public about his frustration with the lack of Florida indictments. An indictment before the midterms would likely be welcomed by the White House. In response to my questions, a Justice Department spokesperson provided this statement. “We are grateful to Joe diGenova for his many years of service to the Department. The Attorney General thanks him for his work these past five months alongside the great team of experienced prosecutors in the Southern District of Florida, led by U.S. Attorney Jason Reding Quiñones.” A source familiar with the issue insisted there was "no disagreement, but rather cooperative discussion" on how to proceed in the Brennan case. 🔥DiGenova’s Final Move — Brennan’s grand-jury subpoena was reportedly delivered to his attorney on September 10—the SAME DAY Joe DiGenova resigned. 🤔 It became public September 14. What if DiGenova had completed his part in building the case, and the remaining prosecutors were ready to move into the next phase? DiGenova served as Counselor to the Attorney General, overseeing the investigation and helping guide its legal strategy and development. He worked alongside the Southern District of Florida prosecution team led by U.S Attorney Jason Reding Quiñones. His departure leaves that office, its prosecutors, and the evidence they gathered in place to continue the investigation and pursue charges if warranted. Could this have been the plan all along? “Appear weak when really strong” The potential advantage is getting Brennan’s account on the record before he knows precisely which evidence prosecutors can use to challenge it. The evidence part is important here. Remember, DiGenova’s statements after his departure claimed the DOJ provided insufficient resources. Many of us took that as AG Blanche not issuing the subpoena for the 2017 Classified Senate testimony. Could this have been optics to show weakness? If prosecutors possess Brennan’s classified 2017 Senate interview or independent evidence covering those events they could test his sworn explanation against that record, clarify what he knew and authorized, and assess potential defenses before deciding whether to bring charges. There is precedent for that process. In the Scooter Libby investigation, contradictions between his account and other evidence led to perjury, false-statement, and obstruction charges. Or maybe there is something else that the investigation team found. Something that hinges on National Security. The same day the subpoena was issued, DiGenova resigned, the Q Board post indicated [F] assist. Foreign assistance. FVEY’s is a part of the equation we knew about but not much has been released, declassified or discussed on this. What if the prosecution has evidence of foreign collaboration directly with Brennan? He walks into this subpoena thinking they have a weak case and lack evidence. Instead, he is walking into a subpoenaed testimony with all the cards stacked against him. A knowingly false, material statement under oath could also create separate criminal exposure. Under this hypothesis, the appearance of dysfunction would matter if it caused Brennan to underestimate the investigation and change his approach. The advantage would come from the gap between what he believes prosecutors have and what they can actually prove. Could the appearance of weakness conceal a stronger case than outsiders assume? Yes. We shall see.
🚨 John Brennan is scheduled to testify before a Florida grand jury on October 15 after receiving a subpoena, his attorney confirms. The former CIA chief is being called as part of the DOJ’s broader investigation into whether former intelligence and law enforcement officials coordinated efforts to violate Donald Trump’s civil rights.

Joe diGenova resigned today as lead prosecutor in the Fort Pierce case. But not for the reasons some in the legacy media are saying. Yes, disagreements over resources, strategy and access to evidence are common inside DOJ.
