Raaaandom things you find out about yourself: gracing the cover of a collection of plays by former Olympic Coach and Tech Advisor/Consultant on Chariots of Fire (IYKYK), Tom McNab. Worked with him playing Jesse Owens in original cast of his play 1936: Berlin. Who knew???

@idriselba as a Sierra Leonean actor living/working in the “West”, doing/contributing to something like this has been my DREAM. Please let people like me know how to help!

A lot of parents who have a child with
Autism have said to me how much they
worry if anything was to happen to them,
who would take care of their child?
Here is a thread on the things my mum
did for me before she passed away.

Not just any paper bag: Big up Mr Idris & Staff @nandosuk East Croydon for giving me the Royal treatment because my late night, last minute munchies takeout order was running late. #nandos #chicken #hangry #blessed #bankholiday #CARNIVAL2023 – at Croydon, London
Self-taped auditions can, at the best of times, make for an exciting adventure, but sometimes the quest of finding the mythical, ever-elusive blank/neutral background/wall (in a quiet area!) when you’re in an unfamiliar place? Woo. #hellastressful #actorslife #supportwga #sweat

Wow! What a BEAUTIFUL article. It really warms my heart to witness the fact that what we do transcends business 💜
For @Collider, I wrote about why #VampireAcademy matters so damn much, why @peacock's cancellation is a major mistake, how the global roll-out wasn't great, and how @SAVE_VA_ and the show's fans have united to try to #SaveVampireAcademy.

One of the perks of being in a country where you know no one, is getting to break bread (or in this case, share steak) with TOTAL strangers. For a couple of hours, we were the best of (new) friends… (1/2)
After dessert, we hugged warmly, wished each other the best of life adventures and melted into the Argentinian night lights, a little richer for the experience. No exchange of contact details, no last names. Just 2 hrs of memories. (2/2) #LaCabrera #BuenosAires
