Every child deserves more than a seat in school; they deserve learning that lasts.
Over nearly two decades, LEAPS followed the same children from primary school into adulthood. The findings bring real reasons for hope.

CERP began with a handful of people, a few chairs and a shared belief that evidence could lead to better decisions.
As we approach 20 years, we begin a new chapter, bringing that belief to a growing community across Pakistan and beyond.
Our journey, told by those who lived it.
Before our new identity made its way out into the world, we shared it with the people who make CERP what it is.
Things change. Looks change.
Even researchers occasionally change their minds (with sufficient evidence).
We tested 47 shades of blue. The results were statistically significant.
Meet the new CERP!
