SP: Your cup of coffee has a link to the capital markets. ☕
CMA regulates Kenya's commodity markets, and coffee is the only commodity under our oversight for now. Every Tuesday, licensed brokers bid openly at the Nairobi Coffee Exchange, helping farmers earn fair returns.

De-listing happens when a company that has been listed exits the public markets, for one reason or another.
In Kenya's recent experience, this has mainly been brought about by acquisitions of listed entities.
National Bank de-listed following its acquisition by KCB Group, KenolKobil de-listed following its acquisition by French firm, Rubis Energie.
Here's a whip through de-listing.
As always, be sure that you are engaging market intermediaries who are licensed by the Capital Markets Authority (@CMAKenya) when you are dealing in the market.
