It's remarkable that no Alaska media have reported on the incredible exposé that Dem. candidate Mary Peltola orchestrated the addition of a random Dan Sullivan to the ballot in order to confuse voters who intended to vote for her opponent, the real Dan Sullivan. None of them are reporting the NYT's exposé, almost four hours later. What's more, they all should've broken the story themselves. They're there, in Alaska. They had FIVE MONTHS to investigate this effort to scam voters and uncover that the Peltola campaign was behind it. In fact, the op started in 2025, in her campaign, and they finally surfaced their fake Dan Sullivan five months ago. It's virtually certain that journalists at the Anchorage Daily News (@adndotcom), Anchorage Press (@anchoragepress), and Alaska Public Media (@alaskapublic) knew the truth and chose not to report it. They have friends in the Peltola campaign, since they're all on the same team, which cuts to the integrity and bias problem here. In fact, the Anchorage NBC/CBS affiliate (KTUU) just ran a story LAST NIGHT pushing back on the claim that Peltola coordinated the scam: "There has been no evidence of direct coordination — according to continuous Alaska’s News Source independent fact-checking efforts — showing that the Petersburg Sullivan was recruited by the Democratic Party, something that continues to be reiterated by national Republican organizations and the president." Ah yes, the ever-reliable "fact-checking" of leftist media. These people, collectively, have severely gashed the baseline level of trust and shared reality in American culture. They've done so much damage. Instead of telling Alaskans the truth about what Peltola did, they're promoting her like they work for her – see the headline below. They're all pushing stories negatively framing the DOJ lawsuit over this fraud – yet this whole time Peltola orchestrated it, and they kept that stunning fact from Alaska voters.
