NOTE: SCOTUS denied DOJ's application about the California election without even asking for us to respond. And it was referred to the full Court. Not a single Justice noted a dissent.
This is unprecedented. DOJ is now being treated like Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani.

BREAKING: LOL! Trump's election-eve speech takes a BIZARRE detour into algae, water, and his favorite reflecting pool conspiracy theories.
With all the polls indicating that the Republican Party is facing massive defeat in the mid-term elections tomorrow, all eyes were on Donald Trump as he made what was expected to be his closing arguments meant to turn the tide on the blue tsunami headed his way.
Instead, Trump wound up spending the first 20 minutes of his speech talking about one of his favorite obsessions, the place where the event was being held ā the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
He began by announcing the reopening of the long-shuttered pool, originally due to have its renovations and repairs completed in time for Trumpās grand America 250 celebration in July. In making the announcement, he also added this ill-advised joke: āWeāre giving serious thought to changing the name to the Trump reflecting pool. Weāll announce that sometime tomorrow. Iām sure Secretary Burgum will have a lot of fun in announcing that.ā
Trump quickly retracted the renaming idea, adding, āIām only kidding. Iām only kidding. Please donāt report it.ā Apparently, heās beginning to catch on to the fact that people arenāt exactly fond of his renaming spree.
Still, he hasnāt quite realized that people are equally sick of his phony claims that it was vandalism, not the crappy job done by the no-bid contractor that he hired to apply the coating to the pool, that was the problem that delayed the reopening until now.
āWe went through a lot with vandalism. The vandalism was unprecedented,ā he claimed despite the fact that both investigators and the contractor found that the damage was caused by installation errors and the flawed chemical design of the coating used on the pool.
Still, Trump droned on about the dimensions of the pool, its water sources, and the algae that has plagued the pool (something he blamed on Obama and Biden, conveniently forgetting his own first term that took place in between those administrations), even using photos of the algae as a visual aid.
He then went back to accusing vandals of slashing the poolās lining: āThe vandals went to work, but we also went to work on the vandals.ā
Trump apparently missed the fact that every attempt by the DOJ to prosecute anyone for Trumpās fantasized vandalism was thrown out of court, with prejudice, for lack of evidence. He continued to claim that he has āpicturesā of the vandals at work, and cited a Fox News segment by Jesse Watters as his proof.
Trump eventually moved on to repeating his lies about his own performance as president, fraudulent elections, and about Democrats, all in hopes of salvaging his minionās electoral chances. But you could tell his heart wasnāt really into it, and he eventually returned to the only things he seems truly interested in these days with his spiral into dementia: his plans to remodel Washington DC with his grotesque triumphal arch/military complex and the renovation of the cityās public golf course.
If Trump hoped to change any votersā minds with his speech today, his failure to do so will become obvious tomorrow once the election results start arriving. In the meantime, his rambling remarks only proved to demonstrate why heās unfit to continue as president.
Please like and share if you think so too!

Hey Elon, how do you go from asking about the wildest party on Jeffrey Epsteinās child rape island to claiming you repeatedly refused invitations?
Because the DOJ released your emails, and holy shit my guy, youāve still got some explaining to do.
November 2012.
Epstein asks how many people youāll need helicopter transportation for. You say probably just you and Talulah Riley. Maybe we should ask her about this next.
Then you ask which night will have the wildest party.
The wildest fucking party.
On Jeffrey Epsteinās child rape island.
Four years after his conviction involving a minor.
What the absolute fuck were you thinking? You knew who this man was. Everyone knew. His criminal history wasnāt some closely guarded secret anymore.
And before the pedodefending cult seals start honking that an email isnāt proof of child rape, congratulations. Youāve discovered something nobody is disputing.
This is about judgment. Keep up.
Christmas Day 2012.
You tell Epstein youāve been working yourself to the edge of sanity and want to let loose once your children go home.
You ask about parties. A peaceful island experience apparently isnāt what youāre looking for.
A socially awkward billionaire asking a convicted child sex offender where the real party is.
And weāre supposed to believe you were desperately avoiding him.
Iām not done Eggman.
December 2013.
Youāre discussing another visit. Epstein offers dates. You ask when you should head to the island.
Then Epstein cancels because he has to remain in New York.
Even Jeffrey fucking Epstein couldnāt make time for you. Hilarious.
Yet years later, you publicly say that Epstein repeatedly tried to get you there, and you refused.
So which is it Eggman?
Were you avoiding him, or coordinating your Christmas schedule with him to go to child rape island?
Now SpaceX.
Released correspondence shows Epsteinās assistants arranging a February 2013 visit, including a scheduled lunch with you.
Itās always a lunch. Iām starting to wonder if ālunchā is code for child rape, but I digress.
Whether that ālunchā actually happened remains unclear. But in 2020, you denied Epstein ever toured SpaceX.
Which the fuck is it?
Now everyoneās favorite billionaire soap opera.
June 2025.
You and Trump are having your mean bitch public breakup. Delicious entertainment, admittedly.
Suddenly you post on X that Trump is in the Epstein files and suggest thatās why they havenāt been released.
āOh snap!ā, we all said simultaneously.
Finally, something I can believe.
But then you delete the accusation.
Whatās that about?
Did you have evidence? Did somebody tell you something? Or were you throwing around one of the most inflammatory associations imaginable because you were pissed off at another billionaire?
And if you had evidence, why go quiet?
What changed?
That black eye?
Kissing the wall?
Iām curious Eggman.
You were perfectly comfortable invoking Epstein when it was politically useful to attack somebody else.
But when your own correspondence surfaced, suddenly weāre supposed to all appreciate how easily emails can be misinterpreted.
How convenient. Honestly, who believes this shit?
Now, none of this establishes that you visited Epsteinās island or participated in his crimes.
Maybe you were going on adult night. Maybe you changed your mind. Maybe youāre too much of a fat chud loser for Epstein to follow through.
But even still, the emails are real, and the questions are totally legitimate.
I donāt give a fuck about your rockets, implants, electric cars, or bank account.
Your cultsheep have convinced themselves that your accomplishments make you incapable of dishonesty.
They donāt bro.
You corresponded with a convicted child sex offender, discussed partying on his child rape island, and later portrayed yourself to us as someone who repeatedly refused to go.
I call BULLSHIT.
You demanded answers about everyone elseās connection to Epstein.
Your turn.
Weāre not letting this go.

BREAKING: Pete Hegseth PUNISHES the poor sailor who jumped off a US Navy ship -- AND his family -- in a heartless show of cruelty and spite!
Nicholas McKelvey was just 19 years old when he reached the end of his rope aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln.
He had spent 255 grueling days at sea, working 12-hour shifts in punishing heat, often without enough food, while his wife struggled to raise their children back home.
He had missed the birth of his baby daughter. His mother-in-law was in treatment for cancer. And when he sought help for his deteriorating mental health, he says the Navy directed him to a chaplain instead of a mental health professional.
Then, one August morning, McKelvey ran across the flight deck and plunged 67 feet into the Arabian Sea.
A helicopter crew rescued him. But instead of treating his desperate act as a mental health emergency, the Navy accused him of FAKING his crisis to escape deployment.
And on Thursday, the Navy moved to discharge him under conditions that will cost him his G.I. Bill education benefits ā the very benefits he and his wife had been counting on to build a better life for their children.
āThey'd rather blame the victim,ā his wife, Samantha Larry, told The NYT.
McKelvey and Larry have been together since middle school. They became parents as teenagers, dropped out of high school and married last year. He joined the Navy in 2024 in hopes of giving his family some sort of stable future.
What he found instead was life aboard an aircraft carrier whose deployment stretched to a near-record 322 days as the war with Iran dragged on. Food supplies dwindled. Contact with home became difficult. McKelvey told his wife he wasn't sure he could finish the deployment.
āI didn't want to be there anymore,ā he told the Times. āIf I was going to die because of it, then that's just how it is.ā
McKelvey was not alone in his existential angst. According to the Navy's own report to Congress, there were EIGHT suicide attempts among sailors in the Lincoln strike group during the deployment.
The Navy maintains that McKelvey deliberately jumped overboard to get out of his duties. Its records note that he wore a flotation vest and jumped when the sea was relatively calm. But one officer acknowledged in a report that the deployment had been so difficult it was āunsurprising that we might have a jumper.ā
Now McKelvey and his wife are preparing to return to Florida with their 3-year-old son and 8-month-old daughter. They're staying with relatives and in temporary rental housing while they figure out how to support their family.
āWe're going to have to pull out student loans,ā Larry said. āIt is essentially setting us up for just putting us in debt.ā
The Navy kept these sailors at sea for nearly 11 months, sent them into a war zone, worked them through punishing conditions and watched their mental health deteriorate. Eight suicide attempts in a single strike group should have set off every alarm in the Pentagon.
Even if every day of that deployment was militarily necessary, the sacrifices these sailors made deserve recognition, compassion and care.
Instead, when one 19-year-old father finally broke, the Navy accused him of faking it and took away the college benefits he had earned his family's hopes on.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth loves to preach his āwarrior ethos,ā but what kind of warrior culture treats a sailor's psychological collapse as a disciplinary problem rather than a human emergency?
McKelvey gave the Navy everything he had until he had nothing left to give. Now the institution he served is sending him home to his wife and two small children with fewer opportunities than he had when he enlisted.
If this is how America repays the sacrifices of its young service members, the Pentagon has a great deal more to worry about than its recruiting numbers.

The fact that the House Judiciary Dems just released a 53-page report in which 11 women spoke to Trump's ties to Epstein's sex-trafficking operation, 5 of them alleging Trump forced himself on them directly, and one citing a particularly brutal rape while she was a beauty pageant contestant, should be a more significant story.
The fact that Todd Blanche has refused to comply with the court order to release the Epstein files following Katie Phang's lawsuit, should be a more significant story.
The fact that the Epstein Estate ACTUALLY PAID a settlement to one of the women who alleged that Donald Trump raped her as a minor, and it was paid AFTER Epstein died, as told under oath by Epstein's longtime accountant, should be a more significant story.
The fact that Trump said he wasn't ever on Epstein's plane and then we found out he was, should be a more significant story.
The fact that we know senior officials gathered in the Situation Room to concoct and coordinate an Epstein coverup should be the most significant story of all.
And when you combine ALL these stories and add to it his hiring of Alex Acosta, the birthday card, Bondi, the movement of Maxwell to a more lenient facility, and then - especially - my pet peeve - simply Trump's panicked behavior on all things Epstein, you really see the degree of the problem we need to fix ...
Echo chambers, social media algorithms, dopamine addicts, and other susceptible citizens, have normalized something that shouldn't be normalizable (poetic license).
To put it simply, and I know it sounds like an understatement, but this election is about so much more than gas prices.

The Sept. U.S. trade deficit in goods was $134.9 billion, the highest ever recorded in Sept. There were only three months in history when the deficit was higher, all under Trump in 2025.
Here are the facts. Measured by the size of our trade deficits, Trump has been the worst president in history on trade. The tariffs have been a complete failure. Not only have they failed to bring manufacturing back to the U.S., but the U.S. is now more dependent than ever on foreign producers. Not only are we importing more than ever, but we are now paying Trump's tariffs on those imports.
Trump says trade deficits represent a loss. Judged by his own standard, Trump is the biggest loser in the history of the presidency. Also, if the economy is booming as Republicans claim, why have our trade deficits gone way up? Why are the trade deficits under Trump so much larger than they were under Biden, when, according to Trump, we had the worst economy in U.S. history?
Here are the facts. When you compare Trump's first two years to Biden's last two, GDP growth and job creation are slower, inflation is higher, and budget and trade deficits are bigger. If Trump is right that under Biden we had the worst economy in history, and the Trump economy is objectively worse on all counts, then the Trump economy is now the worst economy in history.

Today, Trump stood beside a tanker of Venezuelan crude oil and said āto the victor belong the spoils.ā
This is a line American leaders have spent more than a century working to retire.
The phrase comes from an 1832 speech by a New York senator defending the spoils system of rewarding loyalists with government jobs, likening the prizes of an election to the plunder of war. Americans rightfully came to see that as corruption, and by the 1880s the spoils system gave way to merit-based hiring.
The past hundred years carried that same idea onto the world stage. Roosevelt and Churchill pledged that the Allies sought no territorial gain from the war. After victory, America kept that promise and helped rebuild the nations it had defeated.
The choice built the most prosperous era in human history. Open trade and a world where borders aren't redrawn by force made America safer and stronger. When other powers grab land or resources, from Russia to China, we have rightly called it out.
My grandfather's generation won the largest war ever fought and walked away from the spoils.
They believed America leads by example.
Taking a cut of another nation's oil through a deal with a businessman who has faced corruption and money laundering investigations in several countries, while Venezuelans still wait for free elections, breaks faith with that legacy.
It also is a lousy way to try and lower gas prices.
