Today is the final day of early voting in Texas!
The Speaker’s Strike Force is out across the state, knocking doors, greeting voters, and reminding Texans that their voices matter.
Texas’s future is in the hands of its voters. We want to stay the beacon of freedom that we are. Make your voice heard before early voting ends today! #SpeakersStrikeForce #OnePartyOneMission
TODAY is the last day of early voting! 🗳️ Don’t wait in Election Day lines. Head to any polling location in your county before the polls close. Bring your photo ID and make your voice heard!
On October 26, I spoke out about the City of New Braunfels’ handling of Lt. John Weige, a New Braunfels firefighter placed on leave over private Facebook posts about a watch party for the execution of Nidal Hasan, the Fort Hood terrorist who murdered 13 people.
The next day, Mayor Pro Tem Michael Capizzi sent me a letter, joined by Councilmembers D. Lee Edwards and Lawrence Spradley, calling my statement “outrageous, reckless, and unfounded.” Their letter accused me of disregarding the civil service process, of failing to contact local leadership before speaking out, and of intruding on local control.
It also suggested I focus instead on Highway 46, FM 725, and TxDOT reform, and demanded that I retract my statement and issue a public apology. I will not. I want you to hear directly from me why, so I’ve shared my full response below.
I was honored to lead the Pledge of Allegiance and share a few remarks at the Come and Take It Tour at Cooper’s Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que with Ken Paxton and special guest Senator Ted Cruz this past weekend. Thank you to everyone who came out. It was great to see so many patriots from our community fired up to keep Texas red!
Early voting runs through Friday, October 30. If you haven’t voted yet, grab your family and friends and head to the polls this week. Let’s finish strong, Texas! 🗳️ @KenPaxtonTX
Proud to earn an A+ Rating and Endorsement from the Texas State Rifle Association PAC! 🇺🇸
Thank you to TSRA-PAC for standing with me again in the 2026 General Election. This A+ rating is based on my voting record on Second Amendment legislation I passed, and I’m proud of every vote I’ve cast to protect the rights of law-abiding Texans.
The right to keep and bear arms “shall not be infringed.” I’ll keep fighting to defend it in Austin.
Don’t forget to vote! Polls open Oct. 19–30, and Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Early voting is in full swing, and I’m on the road with Speaker Dustin Burrows and the Speaker’s Strike Force this week! 🇺🇸 We’re traveling across Texas with one mission: keep a strong Republican majority in the Texas House.
Here’s what’s at stake. A large conservative majority is how we keep passing our GOP priorities and keeping Texas the best place in the country to live, work, and raise a family.
We’ll be greeting voters, knocking doors, and doing everything we can to get Texans to the polls. We have stops coming close to our area, and we’d love for you to join us! 🙌 The more help the better as we keep spreading our message and show our unity.

Early voting ends Friday, October 30. Make your plan and vote Republican all the way down the ballot!

TDA Executive Director, Terry Franks, recently attended State Representative Carrie Isaac’s event, where he had the opportunity to visit with Rep Isaac, Speaker Dustin Burrows, & Congressional Candidate Mark Teixeira.
Thank you for the opportunity to connect & to represent TDA!
Why do Democrats cheat? Because they can’t win on their policies. 🚨
Open borders. Unsafe communities. Higher taxes. A government that thinks it knows what to do with your money better than you do. And what do they fight harder than anything? Election integrity. 🤔
This is just one more example of how they cheat. When they can’t win, they cheat. Do we really want people who have to cheat running our state? If we don’t show up, the radical left will take over Texas.
Please get out and vote Republican, y’all! 🇺🇸🗳️

🚨 JUST IN: RFK Jr. and President Trump just announced a "MADE IN AMERICA" label for ALL American-made seafood as part of their MAHA efforts
"Vietnam and Cambodia... the shrimp are SO LOADED with antibiotics and disinfectants that no European country will take them. They ship them all over here!"
"Fort Myers, the greatest shrimpery in Florida... they have to compete against criminal enterprise abroad. President Trump is rebuilding the infrastructure."
"He's reopening the markets for hard commercial fishermen. And today he's announcing a label for all American made seafood that says it's AMERICAN MADE so Americans can make a GOOD SHRIMP." 🇺🇸

What a night at the New Braunfels Food Bank’s 10th annual Locally Grown! 🌾
It was wonderful to celebrate a decade of this event at the McKenna Events Center with so many neighbors who care about fighting hunger in our community. Great food, live music, and a silent auction made for a special evening, and we honored this year’s Hunger Fighter of the Year award winners. Congratulations to all of them!
So glad to spend time with so many strong supporters of the work being done to make sure no family in our area goes hungry, including Johnny and Nathali Wiesman, New Braunfels Mayor Michael French, and City Councilwoman Nikki Shaw.
Thank you to the sponsors, volunteers, and Food Bank staff who make it possible. New Braunfels takes care of its own, and I’m proud to represent a community this generous. 💛

Got weekend plans?
Make voting one of them! 🗳️ Early voting polling locations are open Saturday and Sunday, so you can skip the Election Day lines. Find your nearest location and hours on your county elections website.
I’m out working the polls, enjoying time with my dad, husband, and my son, and loving the chance to visit with supporters. I’m also so thankful for all the volunteers who make these elections possible. If you see us, stop by to say hello, ask a question, or grab a push card on your way in! See you at the polls, Texas! 🇺🇸

I was honored to share a few words and the opening prayer tonight for the “Let Revival Begin With Me” tent revival in New Braunfels that’s happening over the next 3 days. A Great Awakening is Happening!!! 🙏🏻 Be a part of it.
What a fun visit with the bright young minds at the Texas Capitol in Austin! 🍎
We talked about how someone gets elected to the Texas House, a few of the issues I’m fighting for in Austin, and how they can make a difference at a young age!
Then I asked if they had any ideas for new bills. Their answers did not disappoint:
📜 “Can you make my sister be nice to me?”
📜 “Can you make him stop calling me Minnow Head?”
📜 “Can we stop car accidents?”
I may not be able to pass that first one, but I love how much these kids care about kindness and keeping people safe. Texas is in good hands! 🇺🇸
Thank you to the teachers and staff for having me. 💙
Don’t forget early voting, Polls open Oct. 19–30, and Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3.
As Chair of the MAHA-TX Caucus, it was a privilege to attend a reception for, according to Trump, “The Greatest Attorney General in the Nation.” . Thank you to Joe Gebbia Sr. and our host committee for bringing everyone together in support of AG Paxton’s campaign for the U.S. Senate.
Voting is happening NOW and runs through Friday, October 30. Make a plan, bring your friends and family, and get out and vote! 🗳️🇺🇸. @KenPaxtonTX
I’m honored to receive the endorsement of the Texas Alliance for Life PAC for Texas House District 73! 🇺🇸 I’ve fought to protect innocent human life from conception to natural death, and I’ll keep standing strong for life in Austin. Thank you for your support! 💙

Boots on the ground in Williamson County! 👢🇺🇸
I had a great time block walking with my friend and colleague Rep. Caroline Harris Davila! We banned men from girls’ sports, invested over $150 million in technical education for good-paying jobs right after graduation, supported energy production to lower prices at the pump, and delivered the largest public education funding increase in Texas history plus a teacher pay raise.
Nothing beats knocking on doors and hearing directly from voters. Thank you to everyone who opened their door and talked with us today.
Polls open Oct. 19–30, and Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3. Williamson County, re-elect Caroline Harris Davila!
