Aaron Glenn has a really good game management and analytics staff. The fact that he routinely ignores their recommendations speaks volumes and further reinforces just how bad of a head coach he is.

In 2018, the Jets traded up with the Colts to draft Sam Darnold. The Colts used the pick they got to draft Quenton Nelson.
Now Nelson is being traded to Seattle to protect Darnold. We have come full circle.
