Eligibility, transfer restrictions and jurisdiction, enforced by the token itself. Auditable records without a rebuild ProofLayer brings verifiable off-chain data on-chain, so enterprises get shared, auditable records without changing their existing systems. Institutional adoption tends to stall at exactly that point. Privacy and long-term security With AmericanFortress, we're introducing post-quantum wallet technology built for regulated environments. Anything deployed on a ten-year horizon has to answer that now. None of this makes us a policy expert. It does mean that when someone needs to know how the technology actually works, there's an engineer to ask.
