Andy Burnham announced his election manifesto during the Labour conference speech - nothing he proposed was for this parliament.
He stated he’s waiting for: the Casey report next summer, a report on electoral changes, and discussions on the EU.
No election before 2028!

Whomever is ahead in the polls by a certain date gets the vote. The power is in the hands of the voter NOT the parties.
Set the date, once the election is called, and let them fight it out until then!
