That’s roughly $2,400 per passenger—more than Carney has ever spent on plane food before.
The CTF-obtained menus included:
- Beef tenderloin with demi-glace sauce
- Veal escalope with lemon and capers
- Veal blanquette with cream sauce
- Truffle risotto
- Seabass fillet
- Caprese salad with burrata and pesto
- Panna cotta with berries, crème brûlée, blueberry cheesecake, and chocolate mousse
