7 years in and I can safely say I've done something right to have @RichardMoglen and the @TraderLion team kindly grace me with an interview! 😆 It's a long one but hopefully my review of 2025 can bring you back to pivotal moments that made it such a special year! 📈 youtube.com/watch?v=zw96qkUn…

I think we let the mkt flush, get truly oversold. Maybe hit the 200 day on $QQQ and stop messing around. If you can help me make this happen. Thanks in advance.

A friend asked me today, in which areas did J. Law @JLawStock influence me, is it the trading strategies, or the skills to read the market? Surprisingly, my answer is not on the technical side (although METS has been an important personal a-ha moment), but on his character and qualities that makes him a great trader. Things that I wish I have! The following qualities are what I observed from my interactions with him: 1. He has the patience and discipline to wait for his high RR spot/ fat pitch environment 2. Not easily influenced by others’ opinions (I tried!) 3. Strong in contextual thinking, not just blindly operating 4. Always humble and seek to improve himself further (successful traders without an ego are rare) 5. Know his edge and can execute it without hesitation when the time comes 6. Extremely flexible in adapting to the market/ price actions, not obsessed with blind convictions or pull out from a bad trade on the same or next day. 7. Open minded, see the good in others’ strategies, and know that each strategy has its pros and cons and explain it well to his members 8. Caring, and continuously educating the public on trading related stuff I could have missed mentioning a few others.
🚨NEW🚨 +1,499% IN 2 YEARS. VERIFIED. AND HE SAYS THERE ARE ONLY 1–2 TIMES A YEAR WHEN YOU SHOULD TRADE REALLY AGGRESSIVELY. Let that sink in. Meet J Law, back-to-back U.S. Investing Champion. In his interview with @WordsofRizdom, he reveals something I wish more traders understood: He keeps 50% or more of his capital in cash much of the time. Not because he’s afraid of the market. Because he knows when his edge is strongest. He doesn’t need to catch every move. He waits for the right market environment, then increases his exposure when the opportunity is there. And in 2025? He points to April–July as one of those exceptional windows. This is something I’ve learned the hard way myself. I used to keep looking for the next big swing, even when the market was stuck in a weekly range. Today, I reduce my swing exposure, focus on day trading, and wait for conditions to improve. One of the biggest edges in trading is knowing WHEN to press and WHEN to sit back. Not every market deserves your capital. Not every setup deserves your size. And sometimes, doing less is exactly what allows you to make more. Huge thanks to @JLawStock and @WordsofRizdom for sharing this valuable insight. 📚 BOOKMARK THIS. Your position sizing should change when the opportunity changes. 👇

My regime indicator told me not to trade, but I broke my rule and ended up in a losing streak, though I cut my size diligently and only took paper cuts. But I am not happy with it. So what should I do? Admit the mistake, don't do it again, and follow my process.

I sat through the 2018 and 2020 selloffs. 2022 bear hurt me the most. I was a much worse trader back then. I made just about every mistake I can think of. Followed wrong people. Borrowed their conviction because I didn’t built my own. When drawdowns hit me, I had no idea what to do. I was a deer in the headlights. So I held on… let small losses balloon into massive ones. Bought dips that kept dipping. A couple worked out purely by luck. Many didn't. This losses hurt. So did knowing how much of the damage came from my own decisions I kept refusing to reconsider. I call it tuition now, but it didn't feel like that at the time. I had to look in the mirror and be honest with myself. Nothing was going to change until I really did. I promised myself I would never let a drawdown get that big again. If you joined the market after the massive run, bought near the top, and holding because you are too embarrassed to admit a mistake, don't beat yourself up, I've been there. Plenty of us, including people you learn from today have been there too. This is a good time to get serious about learning. Lots of great traders, amazing people willingly share their playbook openly. Find them. Study them. Learn how they think. Give yourself time to develop judgment that you can trust when nobody is around to tell you when to do what. Survive first. Wishing you all a long investing journey ✌️
Pull up who you were following during the 2020-2021 era and count how many of the big accounts still post. Better yet, how many of those do you still pay attention to? Zoom, Peloton, Roku, Enphase, Skillz, Fisker, Canoo, Nikola. The list goes on and on. Many of the loudest voices have disappeared, or simply stopped being people you listen to. They were 100% certain. Big positions, even bigger opinions, a following that grew with every green candle. They knew the businesses cold. One subject they never covered, however, was "being wrong". Then the first drawdown came and the threads got longer... Every dollar of the decline had an explanation. They bought more, at least they said so. A bounce arrived and so did the screenshots, and the "told you so". For a few days, doubt looked absolutely foolish. Then the market rolled over again and the same people wrote that "anyone selling here is a trader". I remember that line so vividly. Protecting your financial and mental capital had suddenly become a serious character flaw. The price targets stayed despite being down 50%, then 75%, then more. The dates moved. A trade that was supposed to change their life now needed five years to be understood. "The market is simply wrong", they said. A lot of that research was actually good. You could read the whole thesis and come away impressed. What you couldn't find was the sentence that said when they would leave. Fundamentals help you estimate what a business might be worth. They don't tell you when the market will agree, or how much you will lose waiting. When liquidity is leaving, a perfect model of the company can be a perfect answer to the wrong question. Then there is the audience. Thousands watching, some of whom bought because of the call. Every public declaration made the next private doubt more expensive. How do you quietly change your mind when certainty is what people follow you for? So they didn't. Another big thesis post, another conviction thread, another low, another bounce that reopened the possibility it hadn't been a mistake. Daily updates became weekly, weekly became "nothing changed, generational opportunity it is", then nothing. 90% down, 95% down, no final post. I see the early version of it now. Many of these accounts showed up in the last year or so. They gravitated to the same set of tickers retail had adopted as its favorites, and their following grew about as fast as those stocks rose. The audience rose with the price, and the price had little to do with them. It's an easy thing to mistake for skill, especially when the environment is paying anyone who just happened to be standing in the right place at the right time. How well someone understands the market becomes clearer when it stops cooperating. The last few months have been a revealing test. Nobody introduces themselves as the person who will ride a position down 90%. Somewhere in this chaos, there are quiet people with a clear head, an exit plan and plenty of dry powder. They have probably been wrong too, many times. They just left themselves enough room to be wrong and keep going for years to come.

$SLV silver was up more than 50% in January of this year and is now negative for the year. I think there's a good chance semiconductors will wipe out the rest of their April/May parabolic move by year end, or if not this year by the first quarter of 2027. Parabolic wipe outs has been a theme of 2026, its happened to $SLV, $UFO, and $TAN to name a few.

Most market questions deserve a simple "I don't know." An opinion only has edge if it is non-consensus and right. On markets I don't follow, my view is neither. And on markets I do follow closely, my work often just confirms what’s already priced in. Without a differentiated view, having an opinion is just noise.

Bear markets / deep corrections can be brutal and can be the ultimate drainer of both your financial + mental capital. Take this period of time to quiet the mind, refine your edge, and for skilled short-sellers: a fun challenge to take advantage of a market down cycle. The past two weeks was not only great being able to meet many successful individuals, but also very healing as it brought about perspective into where I stand re: how the year has gone for myself. June - September was probably the roughest trading stretch I've ever had since turning things around in 2024/25. And in those few months I've been very harsh with myself with the 'should've, could've, and would'ves'. That ate away at me mentally, which very obviously spilled into performance for those months. 'Should is shame' and I realized it was my ego shaming myself - I've since learnt to let it go and really focus on process. Heck, I've had a fantastic 2026 all things considered, I need to learn to be more grateful 🤣. On the point of process, the past few months have made me re-evaluate my digital footprint on social media as well. Being on a platform where everyone is always a 'winner' has truly added a lot of noise into my own headspace, which to a certain extent deviated me from my own process/judgement. This realization became very apparent when I've traded in isolation on holiday the last two weeks - my performance turned around dramatically. I don't need to learn another technique; what I need to learn is to master the mental game of trading. So to those struggling out there, have some grace towards yourself. Absolutely make sure to take care of yourself and learn to step away sometimes if you feel like things are too much to handle. The better times are ahead! (Also means that I will post more memes going forward sporadically because what's the point of doing this trading thing if you're not having fun! 🤡)
Also until I post my spicy memes no one is allowed to buy the dip 🙅

Market Awareness: Rising Open-Weight Model Adoption MS's Top Picks: $TEAM $NET $CRWD $DDOG $MSFT $MDB $NTNX $PLTR $SAP $NOW 開源權重模型飆升至72%份額:大摩稱軟件紅利非普惠,價值將流向護城河最深、掌控複雜工作流的公司 (From 富途牛牛智通財經APP): A) Background 過去一年,AI模型格局正在發生一場靜悄悄卻深刻的重構。

Nobody knows where we will go we can just study what we see, and here is an important nuance. Improvement in breadth can be different depending on the context. And here is something many miss, you will almost always get an improved breadth/uptick in breadth before the real decline starts. I call it forced rotation. Before everything sells off we must rotate into defensive as we have. Chart below, make your own conclusions just highlighting a subtle observation easily missed. After significant breadth deterioration that first uptick in breadth is o
