PLAYERS: A bad coach doesn't make you have a bad attitude. A good coach doesn't make you have a good attitude. Only you can choose your attitude. Circumstances may make things harder or easier but not impossible or automatic. Your attitude shouldn't be situational.
10 games into our season and Erick has been a machine offensively!
He's hitting .452 with a .605 (!!) OBP, has drawn more walks than strikeouts, and out of his 14 hits, 7 of them have gone for extra bases!
He has also caught 59 of our 72 innings played and thrown out 6 runners!
Strong defensive and offensive outing vs. Battlefield HS. Went 2-3 (2B, B, and a BB), AVG .455; .586 OBP, 1.359 OPS; w/zero PBs in 6 INN.
Tough loss as a team with a final score 7-9.

Cooper has just picked up where he left off last year — which is impressive considering how hot he ended last season!
14 hits in our first 9 games, OBP over .500, 9 RBI out of the leadoff spot, 11 runs scored and 10 stolen bases!
Good team win last night to make us 2-0 in the district. Went 3-4 with a solo HR 2 RBIS 2R 2SB. @HeritageBSB @ekbaseball571 @CoachBeaz @MSolbach38 @mattballance_ @PBVADC_Nolan
