This building went QUIET once the Lions finally picked up a first down. Sione Vaki catch and run

Lions running back Sione Vaki is making an impact on Detroit's offense, especially in blocking. He called the experience "super valuable." Vaki's success is years in the making, and on Wednesday, he had a big group of reporters around his locker. Is he feeling more sense of belonging than ever? "Sure, but there's always room to improve, and I'm not there yet to be any type of boastful," he said.

Dan Campbell has a special spot in his heart for high school football. I asked the Lions head coach if he had a message for players and coaches beginning their seasons. His answer was as fantastic as you’d expect it to be.
