Culture doesn't change when just the coaches are keeping athletes accountable. Culture changes when athletes begin to keep each other accountable. Coaches: Teach and empower your athletes how. It may be difficult at first but it’s imperative to success.

It's Common -After a kid's freshman fall at a college program...ask him what he would have done differently leading up to his freshmen year? The Big 3 1. THE WEIGHT ROOM (Stronger in better shape) 2. Played the summer before stepping on campus 3. Been more versatile

Coaches hit fungoes at INF (10 ft to right or left), 90% of reps in practice. Yet that play only happens 23% of time in games. Conclusion: challenge INF with a wide variety of plays they have to make in games. Complete plays in 4 sec or less. Promotes game freedom/consistency.

When it comes to energy, are you a thermometer or a thermostat? One is swayed by the input they are receiving, while the other sets the level regardless of what is happening around them! Be a thermostat!
