We did confirm Anthony Markanich's celebration with him postgame last night; the #MNUFC left back and his wife are expecting a baby girl in April. And it's not twins. "We were afraid of that," he said.

Lockport: Should be an exciting year. Nathan Munson, Grady Ruane and talented twins Nojus and Nedas Venckus return from a 27-win team. MJ Redden and newcomers Jayde Wyett and Elias Passehl will provide size, scoring and depth.

Created a really special environment at Green Bay and Toledo that allowed a manager to become a D1 Head Coach and countless others to be massive success stories.
Thank you!

Great coaches make it easy for athletes to know where they stand.
Not because every athlete gets the role they want.
But because athletes shouldn't have to guess what the coach thinks of them.
Clarity is a form of respect.

When you want to focus on regular season wins, you focus on X’s and O’s. When you want to build a winning culture- you focus on the community. One man/woman can’t dictate the success of a program. It takes a program to dictate the success of that said program! Let go and learn!
A big thanks to Coach Tauer and @rmiller1813 for a great visit with @TommieMBBall. Very impressive program with outstanding campus & facilities.

I find that a coach who complains about accountability usually has an accountability problem.
Ask yourself. Are our expectations clear?
Does everyone know what good looks like?
Are you consistently following up?
Sometimes accountability problems are just unfinished communication.
