Gm gAgent guys One thing I think people are overlooking in the AI x DeFi space is that AI agents don't just need better strategies. They need credibility. An agent might be able to trade 24/7, manage positions and generate profits. But how can anyone know whether it's actually reliable enough to manage external capital? Earn yield without putting your positions on display. To me, this is not just a privacy slogan, it is a thesis about how DeFi handles information. In public DeFi, your position is always being watched: balances, pools, deposit and withdrawal size and rebalancing history all leave an on-chain trail. That creates information asymmetry, strategies can be copied, capital flows can be analyzed and large actions can become MEV opportunities. @FlutonIO approaches this with encrypted intents and FHE. Instead of publicly stating “I am depositing X into vault Y,” users submit an encrypted intent. Strategy logic, balances, and rebalancing conditions can then be evaluated on encrypted state, preserving the ability to earn yield without exposing how that yield is generated. The key difference from earlier privacy models: - Penumbra: shielded staking within its own privacy-focused chain. - RAILGUN: shielded balances and private DeFi on EVM. - Fluton: a cross-chain confidential execution layer where intents, yield strategies and rebalancing can remain private. The strongest thesis is not that “private yield increases APY.” It is that it changes how position information is handled while capital is generating returns. If positions are no longer public data for bots to read and exploit, DeFi can move closer to a dark-pool structure while retaining on-chain composability. What still needs to be proven is FHE performance, execution cost, vault security and enough transparency for users to verify where yield actually comes from. “Earn yield without putting your positions on display” if delivered, this is no longer just a privacy feature.
