A week ago we celebrated MEXC removing the ST label from KLV. It took weeks of work, time and money from our team to keep KLV's market healthy there.
Yesterday the U.S. Treasury (FinCEN) named MEXC a primary money laundering concern and ordered U.S. financial institutions to cut off transfers with it.
Klever has funds on MEXC, so we're reviewing this with our legal and compliance officer to decide the right move. We put a lot into this market, but keeping the company and our community safe comes first. We'll share our decision as soon as it's made. 💜
