I literally made @ColdfrontHL so that I can sleep better knowing my Hyperliquid setup is robustly secure. I use a ledger to generate an API wallet in the HL API tab and Coldfront serves it to the frontend as my main cold wallet so I won’t need to do another signature for 180 days (API wallet’s expiry time). Coldfront uses the same encryption as Metamask for the API wallet. If it somehow leaks because of a compromised device, there’s no way to link it on-chain to the cold wallet and even if they managed to the worse they could do is make trades on your behalf. For transfers and withdrawals you’ll need the master cold wallet to sign. It’s the most convenient and the safest Hyperliquid setup since you’ll almost never blind sign with your cold wallet.

I built @ColdfrontHL extension to make that one Hyperliquid signature persist for 180 days. It's the safest possible Hyperliquid app frontend experience.
