As we sprint to Election Day, we're hosting town halls throughout the suburbs.
Frustrated with both political parties? Considering maybe even not voting? There's a mainstream Independent you can vote FOR this election, and I'd love to meet you!
Unlike the two major party candidates’ events, these town halls are open to the general public. And, unlike my opponents, I don’t need a favorable moderator or pre-screened questions.
Carolyn and I will be taking questions directly from the audience and sharing our common sense plans to lower costs for working families and raise everyone’s wages.
Join us at a location near you!

Great talk. Thanks for running and giving us an option to vote FOR someone instead of the lesser of 2 evils.
A Sangamon County judge just held JB Pritzker's DCFS director in contempt of court.
Ineptness. Incompetence. Willful contempt. Those aren't my words, they're his.
DCFS is required by law to publish reports whenever a child in their care dies. But they refuse.
Capitol News has been trying to get details on Mackenzi Felmlee's death from May of 2024, filing suit in March of this year. DCFS has been playing games, and the judge has had enough.
You know who else should say enough? Every Illinois voter. Right now. JB Pritzker doesn't care about our state's most vulnerable children. That is disqualifying.
Capitol News has done an incredible job on this. Read their article: capitolnewsillinois.com/news…
Illinois is tied for the 8th highest unemployment in the country and 2nd worst in the Midwest. Yet JB Pritzker claims families are thriving.
Pritzker has benefited tremendously from being compared to failed governors before him. It's easy to look competent in comparison.
But the truth is our state is stuck in the mud. We aren't growing. Our wages aren't even keeping up with inflation. We're not thriving.
Illinois has the potential to lead the Midwest and even the country. It's time we started expecting more from our leaders.
We are going to get Illinois moving forward again. For my kids, for yours, for you. – at Palatine, IL
If you can't make it to our final town hall tonight, head over to my Facebook where we're livestreaming it from 6p-7:30p: facebook.com/collincorbett

Hey Collin, I told my mom I was voting for you and she said she intends on voting for you as well! That’s +2 for you! Thank you for listening to Illinoisans and not just chirping PRITZKER bad, or Trump amazing and focusing on daily life for average Illinois taxpayer.

I wish you both the best of luck. First time I voted independent in any election and boy it felt good.
We will be doing our livestream tonight from the road! If you can't join us in person at our town hall in Glen Ellyn, jump on at our usual time of 7p: youtube.com/live/vvq7ds1M8FE…
No matter who you vote for, go vote! Only one week left.
Of course, Carolyn and I hope you'll vote for us. You have an opportunity this election to send a message that you want better in the future: better candidates, better politics, better governing.
That's what you're saying when you vote for us.
We all wish the major parties gave us candidates for Illinois Governor to vote for. But they didn't. Don't let that stop you from voting.
Go vote Independent for Governor, then stick around and vote for candidates in other races that have proven to be independent leaders.
One week to Election Day! If you're in or near DuPage County, join us for our town hall tonight in Glen Ellyn.
Come out and let's talk about how we make your life more affordable in Illinois and get this state growing again.
Plus, any other topics you want to cover!
The head of HR for DCFS illegally gave out $1.4 million in extra pay to favored employees, including $52k to herself.
It is likely more. Records were only reviewed going back to 2020, and the employee admitted this practice has existed long before she was hired.
Employees got 5% to 25% of their salaries for work that wasn't outside the scope of their regular duties. Some for years. And it wasn't approved by CMS or recorded.
The kicker? The investigation concluded in May, and we're just now hearing about it nearly six months later because of deficiencies in our ethics oversight system.
Enough of this.
We need to fix DCFS. We need to overhaul our ethics oversight. We have plans to do both (and we're the only ones talking about either topic).

I love the words I hear from people after our events: energy, passion, hope.
After today's discussion, one woman is putting up hand-written signs throughout her neighborhood with our signs.
We can get Illinois headed in the right direction. I believe in our state's bright future. – at West Dundee, IL
