In August, I asked Front Range Passenger Rail District for the receipts using public funds to campaign. They told me CORA cost $586, I didn't pay it.

Blue Book 2nd drafts are fresh off the press for more public comment. We made a difference, see the new draft short title and clarity on "any purpose".
Odd, CEA helped write Prop NN and their website asserts: "It is limited to K-12 only and cannot be used for anything else."
