As always, a great national networking event for community rail to share experience and best practice and look for ways of closer collaboration with our partners and stakeholders. Thanks to Community Rail Network for there excellent organisational skills.
Then it was time for Open Platform! šŸ—£ļø This member-driven format offers the opportunity for the people in the room to shape the workshops by pitching #CommunityRail topics they feel would benefit from a collaborative conversation with their peers. @transportgovuk

We've installed a new wayfinding sign @greateranglia #Melton. It shows the walking routes to nearby Sutton Hoo and #Woodbridge along with places of interest in the village. Similar signs are already in situ at #Saxmundham and #Felixstowe.

Trains, buses and trams connect us to work, college, days out... and each other. They mean less traffic on our roads, less air pollution and a more stable climate. The Government should use next week's Budget to support and improve public transport.

So following on from the @theTRUpgrade at our station….Uplifting moment for @FOBS_Batley as we now at last see the lifts are working! A vital asset that we’ve long campaigned for. Disabled access. Also useful for pushchairs, heavy luggage etc….šŸš‚šŸ’œ
