There is a reason am sharing this video post watershed. Please forgive the language but illustrates why I ask residents to come and meet in person rather than trying to use social media for any serious discussion these days.
These are all real comments made on a variety of forums on the video about our next open meeting for Walthamstow residents on Thursday 22nd October at 7pm to discuss politics. If you are local and think being able to talk matters please spread word about this meeting and rsvp to my office for details of the venue.

We are hoping that our the rec re training will be implemented too. Compassion can be cultivated and amplified or inhibited (most often by fear) and blocked. The more controlled and fear based a system the less likely it is to foster cooperation, collaboration and compassions
All bar 11 Forde recommendations were implemented. Some of those shd be too such as @CompInPolitics training. I'm hopeful NEC will pick up on some of those items soon as still raised. Important 2 note his report took so long some EHRC rulings happend b4 it labour.org.uk/resources/the-…

Tulip Siddiq made a point of order in the House of Commons after Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch attacked Bridget Phillipson, again,
"Kemi Badenoch called the Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson a spiteful class warrior"
"And previously she's compared Bridget Phillipson to a gestapo officer"
"Madame Deputy Speaker, I started out working in parliament as a teenager, and for 25 years of being involved in politics I have never seen the atmosphere here in parliament and outside quite so hostile and intimidatory, especially towards female elected representatives"

"Could I ask your advice whether the language that was used by the leader of the opposition today, towards the Secretary of State for Education, who is a woman who grew up in poverty, on a council estate, raised by a single mother, on free school meals, and worked her way up to Cabinet, is appropriate language to be used in the chamber"
