An excoriating piece on the very existence of #mcfc from Larry Gracious at @CreamofMamucium
Read and share around, particularly to any Bertie’s you may know. They’d really enjoy this

It's the opening day of the new Premier League, August 1992.
Leeds striker Eric Cantona leaves the ground to put in a two-footed, thigh-high tackle on @warrenbarton22.
There's minimal reaction from everyone present. The #LUFC fans even object to the booking.
A different time.

I spent the summer sharing facts behind the loss of our longstanding #MUFC season tickets.
15 weeks on, the club still hasn’t put a human being in front of us. Its inability to engage with accuracy, dignity or respect says everything about how far this club has lost its soul.
Easy to forget self-evident facts, like Ferguson's culpability for the Glazers, may be unknown to today's younger audience 👇
I orchestrated the Glazers' 2005 Old Trafford 'welcome' & later wrote a book on all the horseplay: @RedRebels2005 - if anyone wants to learn what went on
🗣️ Gary Neville: "The Glazers have to sell Manchester United now."
🗣️ Roy Keane: "How did the Glazers get involved in the first place?"
Neville: "We know that Roy..."
Roy Keane: "There's a HORSE involved in this! No one wants to talk about the horse. Can we talk about the horse? The horse is KEY!" 😭😭
For new fans who don't know:
Man United's downfall started because of a HORSE named Rock of Gibraltar.
Sir Alex Ferguson and Irish billionaire John Magnier co-owned the horse. They had a fallout over who owned the horse and its breeding rights.
Magnier owned shares in Man United. To get back at Fergie, he sold his shares to the Glazers.
The Glazers then used THAT to buy United with DEBT. £600m+ debt loaded on the club.
Hundreds of millions in debt. From 2005 till today.
One horse destroyed the biggest club in the world. 🤯
And Neville doesn't want to talk about it...
Do you think Man United will ever recover while the Glazers are still there?

I'm glad the summer priority was declaring war on season ticket holders. Fuck off everybody associated with @ManUtd above Michael Carrick.
“Fuck, that Doug Ellis video with that woman has surfaced again. What are we gonna do”
Yet another massive scoop from @MKeegan_Overlap
What a loss to journalism he is.
🚨 Manchester United’s trip to London for their match with Chelsea not off to the best of starts. The travelling party got stuck in traffic on the way to Stockport and the service (from Piccadilly) had to be held so they didn’t miss it. Apparently, when they did board, Michael Carrick was cheered by fellow passengers while some of his players were booed… Not a major drama. Delay was around seven minutes. #mufc

35 years ago today – Brian McClair scored the best goal from Sir Alex Ferguson's time as manager.
A thing of footballing beauty 🤣
