With Veterans Day coming up, we’re taking some time to share the stories of our veterans. Each story is different, and we’re thankful to those who are letting us in on a piece of theirs.
Before the hard hat & the company, Ivan Crossland Sr. was a young boy who learned the value of hard work, perseverance, & caring for others. In 1977, he started a construction business in his garage, built on those values. Today, his legacy lives on as we celebrate the foundation he built. Happy Heavenly Birthday, Red Iron!
It started with a family, and after all these years, that's still what makes this place special. Ivan Sr. started something no one saw coming, and we're lucky to have Ivan Jr. carrying that spark on today. Happy Boss's Day, Ivan Jr.! Over 30 years ago, after a YPO trip, Ivan Crossland, Jr. suggested to his dad that they try out a company retreat. The first was at Mosler’s Pit, bringing everyone together outside the office. 30 years later, this tradition continues today: our annual Superintendent's Retreat.

We're building Lake Church in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. A welcoming space for worship, learning, and community. The new church will have Sunday school classrooms, an open sanctuary, and community areas, fostering faith and friendships for years to come!

By self-performing work & focusing on who benefits from the project, everyone stayed motivated & on track, ensuring students could enjoy their new school a year sooner.

25 years later, their stories still matter. Every name on every memorial is a life. Someone who was part of a family, someone who was loved, and someone with a life they were building and a story that deserves to be told. Today, take a minute and learn one of their stories. We couldn't be prouder to officially open the Crossland Construction Lab at @Bville_Schools ! Giving students a place to get hands-on experience with the tools and technology they'll see when they start their careers. Pretty cool to think some of the students learning in this lab could be working alongside us someday.

Buildings get the attention, but behind every one of them are people who showed up and did the work. The people who show up for each other and take pride in doing it the right way. There's a lot we could say this #laborday, but mostly, we want to say thank you. We're grateful for our people, proud of the work they do, and even prouder of the way they choose to do it. What an exciting day in Northwest Arkansas @myARDOT ! We’re proud to have played a part in the Highway 642 XNA Connector, helping create a more direct route to the airport and better connect communities across the region. A lot of work went into getting here, and we’re grateful for our crews and partners who helped make it happen. It’s pretty special to see the ribbon officially cut!! Take a drive and check it out!
