@CelebrityCruise I need your help! I’m still trying to get a resolution to a refund problem your company caused and I’m getting frustrated. My Dad passed in Aug and I called your cruise line to ask what to do. I had purchased cruise insurance through Celebrity. The rep on the phone advised me to cancel and take the 90% cruise credit which I was fine with. We had 3 cabins including my mother’s. They have not given me the FCC so far and I continue to call and get told they are waiting on supervisor approval and that the recorded rep told me the wrong information since I partial paid with Gift cards. There’s over $4500 is missing FCC. Please help.
