All Republicans had to do was:
1. put Americans First
2. not start another war
3. prosecute sex traffickers

look at this. your brain is literally doing this right now. millions of neurons are reaching out, trying to build pathways.
they don't care if the connection is healthy or toxic. they just reinforce whatever signal you send them most.
if you spend your days focusing on how exhausted you are, they build a highway to burnout. replay your fears on loop? they build a fortress for your anxiety. they're just adapting to the inputs you give them.
but that's also the leverage.
you can redirect the signal. pick a new focus, force a new state, and those same neurons start firing in a different direction. they start building a new baseline.
the catch is repetition. neurons that fire together wire together. you can’t just decide to change once, you have to execute daily until the new pathway becomes the default.
