Toto, I don't believe we're in Kansas anymore.
Many of our elderly/disabled folks rely upon their local TV stations for updated weather information.

North Carolina pts make sure you bookmark this AND if you’re meds are involuntarily tapered or stopped abruptly, file a written complaint including:
(1) your thanks to the board for the changes
(2) give a brief summary of the circumstances r/t invol. taper / abrupt d/c

This is in the updated policy statement in the NCMB minutes Nov 2024. Happy to see this, and it is ESSENTIAL that if you are in NC, and you are force tapered, abruptly cut off - that you follow through with a complaint to the NC Med Board. They can't know how bad the situation is if you don't follow through with these complaints. ncmedboard.org/images/upload…
They don't collide, they mesh in the most beautiful way.

Awareness ribbons for the #PainCareCrisis are available. Hoping that medical professionals will support this 2025 visibility campaign to raise awareness about pts with high impact pain, being denied adequate pain care.

If you received care from Ascension or worked for them and received a note like this one, follow-up ASAP and be prepared for all kinds of “fun stuff .”
I just love that it took so long to notify people 🤬

What's next? Repossessing internal joint replacement prothesis.
Insurers refusing to cover prosthetic limbs, and lenders repossessing prosthetic limbs for non-payment.
Again, it feels like we are approaching an endgame.
What it is or when it will be, I don’t know.
But it’s coming.

I don't think you realize how many high functioning addicts are responsible for making our lives great, on a daily basis.
Some of the houses we're living in right now, are sitting on a frame built by two alcoholics and someone on heavy pain killers for bad knees. Others are driving cars repaired immaculately by a crackhead. There are even people eating a fire delivery meal by a pothead chef. And let's not forget the financial advice from someone who hit a bump before they answered your call.
Drugs make the world go round whether we like it or not. 😂

Expert witness work is very lucrative. Especially if you are willing to say and whatever it takes & create theories that are unprovable, untestable, and unreplicable.
