W Polsce protesty antyrządowe przed Trybunałem Konstytucyjnym trwają kolejny dzień. Prezydent dał dla premiera Tuska czas do 11 listopada na podanie się do dymisji. Policja odmówiła spacyfikowania protestujących siłą na wezwanie puczystowskiej sędzi Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Rząd rozpoczął prześladowanie buntujących się policjantów w tym przewodniczącego związku zawodowego Policji. W stolicy pojawiły się patrole z bronią automatyczną a na drogach szybkiego ruchu coraz więcej obcych wojsk.
To wszystko wydarzyło się od wczoraj.
Siedem dni to dnia z ultimatum prezydenta, kiedy rozpęta się piekło. Pilnujcie razem z nami aby nie ukradli nam wolności. Wasze wsparcie jest dla nas bardzo ważne.

Apparently, $6.70 Diesel Is Where MAGA Draws the Line.
I have spent years watching MAGA supporters tolerate almost anything.
Ukrainian schools bombed. Children buried beneath rubble. Entire cities reduced to dust. Their beloved leader flattering the very dictator responsible for it all.
Not a problem. Apparently, defending freedom was simply too expensive. But then something truly dreadful happened.
Diesel reached $6.70 a gallon.
And suddenly, America’s great patriots discovered outrage. Not over murdered civilians. No. Their enormous pickup trucks had become expensive to feed.
And I find that rather revealing.
Shortly after the Iran war began, I wrote that Tehran had every reason to keep the conflict simmering until the midterms, allowing fuel prices to destroy Trump’s political support.
Now Republicans have lost Congress.
I never imagined MAGA would discover its moral boundaries at a petrol station.
But apparently, that’s where they were hiding all along.

China operates over half of the world's total coal power capacity, with roughly 1,200 to 1,270 GW of operational capacity spread across more than 2,600 active coal generating units.
The hypocrisy cannot escape anyone. While Western nations aggressively retire aging hydrocarbon assets, new coal-fired power plants entering operation in China have hit sustained multi-year highs.
Beijing is adding tens of gigawatts a year to shore up baseload reliability and energy security, even as its renewable energy rollout breaks all records. China remains on track to permit and build the equivalent of two new coal power plants every week.
By contrast, mid-sized developed nations maintain a fraction of that footprint. Australia, for instance, operates just 18 major coal-fired power stations. Yet all these Western economies are in retreat - all grappling with soaring energy costs while their heavy industries face systemic paralysis.
Globally, the picture is one of stark geographic divergence. Worldwide operational coal capacity sits above 2,000 GW, with China, India and the United States accounting for roughly 75% of the total.

Mimo, że Komisja Europejska nie ma ŻADNEGO prawa do decydowania w sprawach wymiaru sprawiedliwości, bo nikomu Polska nie przekazała takich kompetencji, to wystosowała stanowisko, które mówi wszystko: "Trybunał Konstytucyjny powinien funkcjonować zgodnie z polską konstytucją ORAZ orzecznictwem Trybunału Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej."
I tu leży sedno sprawy - do tej pory Trybunał Konstytucyjny orzekał, że polska Konstytucja stoi ponad prawem unijnym, a celem Brukseli jest, żebyśmy byli pod butem UE i jej trybunałów! Polska ustawa zasadnicza ma być na drugim miejscu.
Chcą całkowicie podporządkować sobie Polskę, a do tego niezbędne jest uznanie przez polski TK wyroku TSUE o nadrzędności prawa unijnego nad Konstytucją RP. Oni już nawet nie zamierzają udawać, że cokolwiek ich obchodzi fakt, iż wymiar sprawiedliwości i organy konstytucyjne to kompetencje państw członkowskich. Idą na rympał w imię niemiecko-brukselskich interesów, a Tusk to ich narzędzie do osiągnięcia celu.
Oto prawdziwa twarz Komisji Europejskiej, wielkich "obrońców demokracji". To instytucja, której najważniejsi urzędnicy w ostatnich latach są po uszy umoczeni w korupcję i różnego rodzaju wały. To instytucja, dla który liczy się tylko władza, wpływy i kasa. Nic innego. Obok praworządności to oni nawet nie stali, ale chętnie wycierają sobie nią gęby, wszyscy na czele z von der Leyen.
Dlatego powtarzam @vonderleyen i całej @EU_Commission - ręce precz od Polski❗🇵🇱

The EU started as a TRADE pact........it has morphed into a tyrannical government for governments. It has the power to override member's CONSTITUTIONS.
Once a nation joins they PERMANENTLY transfer sovereignty in the areas covered by the treaties. (Costa v ENEL (1964))
The original EU judiciary was called "European Coal and Steel Community", used to settle trade issues .....its now called the Court of Justice of the European Union ...
... and it has given itself SUPREMECY over national constitutions and courts.
It has also:
- Backed Tusk’s forced takeover of Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal
- Imposed mandatory migrant relocation quotas and fined refusing countries.
- Expanded from a trade bloc into binding foreign policy and MILITARY ambitions.
- Used rule-of-law conditionality to withhold funds as a political lever.
- Let their own supreme court steadily widen EU competences beyond original treaty texts.
- Built a permanent regulatory superstructure (GDPR, DSA, Green Deal) that member states must enforce.
This is a "trade organization" that got wildly out of control.

🇵🇱 The situation following the weekend is unbelievable:
The legitimate President of the Constitutional Tribunal, Święczkowski, is being denied entry to the court premises by usurpers who have barricaded themselves inside, accompanied by the government units.
Consequently, the rightful President has begun his work... outside the court building.
To put this into perspective: it is as if the some U.S. administration were to forcibly seize the Supreme Court, oust the lawful justices, install party appointees in their place, and barricade themselves inside - leaving the legitimate authorities to conduct their proceedings on folding camping tables just outside the gate.
Meanwhile, a usurpatory judicial panel operates as an alternative, issuing alternative rulings that are respected by the liberal government, yet these rulings are not recognized by anyone else and lack any legitimacy.
The legal chaos that will ensue from this episode will be absolutely staggering.

Para quienes no hayan comprendido la gravedad de los hechos acaecidos desde ayer en Polonia o ni siquiera se han enterado porque los medios los han encubierto y solo han podido seguirse por las redes, el gobierno de Tusk ordenó ayer denegar permiso de aterrizaje al avión del jefe del estado, del presidente Karol Nawrocki. Los pilotos militares del avión presidencial desobedecieron a la torre de control y aterrizaron sin permiso.
En Bruselas todos callan hasta que salgan defendiendo a Tusk que al fin y al cabo es un títere de von der Leyen que jamás habría perpetrado este intento de golpe de Estado sin el permiso de su jefa.

Let's not parrot russian bullshit and corrupt a just cause. The EU is a mostly powerless institution. Tusk simply belongs to the Merkel mafia that has occupied it for a few decades.
As such he has outside support that he often uses. But it's not implicitly the EU, it's the germans.
Tusk is elected by Poland. He acts because of that. If next year people vote him out, he will no longer do that.
The EU has zero capability to affect that directly. Just like the EU did not ban Georgescu - the socialists in Romania and their commie spook ilk did. The EU is just where they crafted the DSA. But the institution itself does little else but house the meeting. Power is still 100% with the politicians in these countries.
Now that the coup has failed, the apparatchiks are at it to state that the EU, which all but certainly backed the entire thing, had nothing to do with the failed coup because it wasn't a coup and they had nothing to do with the failed coup they backed.
I mean what else are they going to say? We tried to perform a Coup in Poland, and it failed, oops?

Obecny atak na Trybunał opiera się na potrójnym bezprawiu:
1. Pani Anna Korwin-Piotrowska nie jest sędzią TK, bo nie złożyła ślubowania wobec Prezydenta.
2. Nawet gdyby poprawnie złożyła ślubowanie, nie mogłaby jako jeden z kilkunastu członków Trybunału swoją decyzją odsunąć od obowiązków prezesa i wiceprezesa Trybunału.
3. Nawet gdyby prezes i wiceprezes zostali prawidłowo odsunięci, najstarszy stażem sędziowskim jest sędzia Wojciech Sych i to on powinien być p.o. prezesa.
Każda z tych trzech przesłanek wystarczy żeby stwierdzić bezprawie działania rządu, a występują wszystkie trzy na raz‼️

Bardzo proste: Nie ma obecnie większości sejmowej 3/5, która pociągnęłaby premiera, ministra sprawiedliwości i MSW do odpowiedzialności za zamach stanu.
Prezydent III RP nie może użyć wojska nawet do odstraszenia policji z budynku Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Użycie wojska w kryzysie wewnętrznym czy Zamachu Stanu jest tylko na wniosek premiera, co wiadomo, że logicznie NIE nastąpi.
Stan faktyczny jest jaki jest, że dopóki polska policja nie odmówi wykonywania rozkazu z rządu, albo nie znajdą się renegaci z koalicji rządzącej, Donald Tusk jest bezkarny do końca kadencji.
Jest to kolejna luka ułomnej konstytucji Kwaśniewskiego wynikającej ze zbytniego zrośnięcia się władzy ustawodawczej z wykonawczą. Premier i rząd mogą dokonać zamachu stanu/zamach na organ konstytucyjny i dopóki opozycja nie ma 3/5 większości sejmowej, nic im się nie stanie.

UNBELIEVABLE SCENES IN POLAND.
Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, elected to the Constitutional Tribunal by Tusk's parliamentary majority but NEVER sworn in before the President of Poland, is now being presented on television as the person taking over the duties of the Tribunal's president.
Polish law requires Constitutional Tribunal judges to take their oath before the President. Korwin-Piotrowska instead participated in a ceremony in Parliament, whose legal validity is disputed.
She has now declared the Tribunal's president and vice-president suspended, invoking provisions governing ordinary courts through disputed statutory cross-references.
The Tribunal's existing leadership rejects her judicial status, refuses to recognise the suspension and has denounced the operation as an unlawful coup d'état.
A person whose own authority to serve as a constitutional judge is contested is claiming the power to suspend the leadership of Poland's highest constitutional court.
And all of this is being presented as the restoration of the rule of law.

Anna Korwin-Piotrowska is a judge, but not of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal. The President of Poland Nawrocki has not sworn her in, and this has been an ongoing issue in Polish politics for months.
Yet it was she, whose status as a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal is in dispute, who ordered the suspension of the two highest ranking members of that tribunal. Strike 1.
Prime Minister Tusk ordered the police to surround the Constitutional Tribunal. Where is the need for a police response when this dispute over the tribunal has been ongoing since the summer? Strike 2
This all occurred immediately after the President of Poland departed for a planned trip to Senegal. (He turned his plane around and is back in Poland now.) Strike 3.
From these points it certainly seems that Tusk and Korwin-Piotrowska are attempting a coup.
