On the occasion of Teachers' Day, 5th September 2026, BRIC-Institute of Life Sciences (@bric_ils), Bhubaneswar, organized a special talk titled "Science and Spirituality: Guru Shishya Parampara and Science Research."
The talk offered a thoughtful exploration of the timeless Guru-Shishya tradition and its deep resonance with the modern scientific journey — highlighting how the values of mentorship, discipline, and knowledge-sharing that have guided generations continue to shape the world of research today.
