In February, parents of a 20-something woman approached police with the complaint that their Hindu daughter had started following Islamic practices like wearing scarf in hijab style and keeping roza fast in Ramzan
Nashik police placed undercover personnel inside the office to observe workplace environment
By March 26, the woman herself turned complainant and filed an FIR against a senior employee, Mohd Danish
She complained of manipulating her in a relationship, making physical relations while hiding that he was married and had a child, and influencing her to convert in the process
As word spread that her complaint had reached police, more employees found the courage to come forward
8 other women came forward with various complaints ranging from sexual harassment to insulting Hindu customs and deities
A Hindu man also spoke up, alleging that he had been manipulated into beef-eating and subsequent conversion after being brainwashed with claims such as “Ram and Sita also ate cow meat during exile”
Nine FIRs were subsequently filed against 7 people by 3 April
Now, a special investigating team is probing the cases.

Sorry, this explanation makes NO sense. Please point out why is the document I have shared ‘inaccurate’. It is from February 2026. And if it does not reflect your ‘current guidelines’ as you say, please share the current guidelines. Also, even if it is an old document as you say, why was religious asymmetry okay then? What is the logic behind allowing hijab and a Sikh turban but not allowing bindi, sindoor and kalawa in a Hindu majority country where your customers are mostly Hindus? That’s bullsh!t. Please tell your lawyer to do better than draft such a weak explanation.
