The real fight against Sony, Microsoft, and even Steam isn't about discs. It's about ownership. If you're a US Citizen you've enjoyed ownership rights for nearly everything except digital goods and why exactly should that be an exception? If you want to really effect change, read Mark's thread, follow the guide, and contact your local rep and sentators to make your voice heard!
The all-digital gaming future is inevitable. That ship has sailed. So as a lot of folks have rightly pointed out, the real fight isn't about saving discs. It's about what your rights look like on the storefront once digital is all there is. Here's how we actually go win that. 👇

Announcement! I actually have a schedule for the rest of July! The Our Rescue Safe Game team is hosting a Minecraft event. The organization funds efforts to prevent human trafficking and rescue victims. 1/

I and others will explore a custom world, collect unique items, build defenses around a village, and defend the village. Viewers donate through CC to help. Or throw us off the map. We have special places to explore, and I have some plans that definitely won't go wrong. 3/

Welp, I just looked at RAM prices. I guess I'm anti-AI now.

Regardless of your opinion of 4chan, you should be on the side of the hamsters.
The UK government is in zugzwang on the 4chan enforcement. Every available move makes its position worse. Its options: 1) Let the enforcement slide. Least bad option. Requires Labour admitting they inherited an unenforceable law. 2) Escalate the fines. Worst option. Produces more hamsters. 3) Block the site. Acceptable from our perspective. That would be the UK censoring its own people, not my client, and ineffectively at that, since the block is defeated with a VPN. We have always known this is where this ends, because 4chan's lawyers have been in the "protecting free speech" game a lot longer than the UK has been in the "online censorship" game.

If it has white sauce, it automatically is not a pizza. Cambridge dictionary agrees. I don't make the rules, I just enforce them. 😁 🍕 @chrono32123

I feel this way about code written by other humans. And code I wrote last year.
A person deleted 3 months of AI generated code because he could not understand it. He could not explain why it was written that way.

[2/2] Since I don't ever make this kind of video, I'm sure it could be done a lot better, but hopefully it gets the point across. I'd love it if people who specialize in this kind of video started looking at the broader issue. Here's the link: youtube.com/watch?v=tlQ7EoJD…

I've just realized that my work meetings were predicted by the Brady Bunch: We introduce ourselves in little squares on a screen, then mom and dad repeatedly tell everyone else that we're all one family now. @TheBabylonBee There's got to be a headline there.

Hey, @vidIQ, I never gave your "for YouTube" extension permission to mess with my Claude chat page. I'm not a fan of "on by default" for things I didn't sign up for. (Yes, I turned it off.)

Ngl, I would vote for @MightyHeaton for pretty much any office, especially with that goose as his running mate.
California progressives are pushing for a tax on billionaires; so are senators like Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders. But as @MightyHeaton explains, such programs don't work. Just ask France.

Prediction: Someone will show a few low-res photos and tell stories about where someone thinks they came from. Then the story will disappear because it proves nothing to anyone.

The only way to verify age is to verify identity. This bill would directly link you to every device you own, and someone would have access to that information. It's a small step from there to fingerprinting the device and tracking everything you do. congress.gov/bill/119th-cong…

The most unrealistic part of the Star Trek movies is that the Federation got a building permit in San Francisco.
