Grateful to report that after @sneako retained me to expose and rebut the lies and deep fakes being spread about him, @AkademiksTV did the right thing and deleted both posts targeting my client on the same day. I always appreciate when people do the right thing when they are put on notice that the information they are spreading is false. I urge everyone to always verify before they post - because while both posts have been deleted, they received millions of views prior. We cannot contribute to a world where false information is spread to millions and causes damage. It’s important people verify authenticity of what they post before they post it. Nonetheless on a personal level I always appreciate when people end up doing the right thing and delete the false posts to stop the spread of misinformation I’m not the kind of guy that likes to ask “how about them apples” and rub in a victory. However I felt it important to show that the second post was also deleted below so people understand that it was deleted because it had false defamatory attacks against my client. And it is ok and shows maturity when someone who posts false information to does right thing and delete it. That is more respectable than the alternative. Otherwise those who dig their heals in and continue to spread false information after put on notice could be found to recklessly engaging in defamation.
