To wrap up this thread I want to ask a question. Is my only option to abort the release and re release with another distributor? JUST because there is no way for me to communicate my problem and there is no one to remap the metadata (would take 1-2 minutes at most).@DistroKid
@DistroKid We are at fault because We have a “&” symbol in my artist name? So even when having a 1million streams/year catalogue we cannot use this distribution service? This is not acceptable and I would love to see if Distrokid dares to reply 😂😂 (8/8)
The fixer allows us to choose the wrong profiles but when matching with an existing profile URI there is a mistake. Actually the only possible option is to link your existing profile to…YOUR EXISTING PROFILE!! Incredibly useful feature I might say.(5/8)
