1. Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office. And no more perks go with them.
2. Congress (past, present, & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
3. Congress must purchase their own retirement plan, just as ALL Americans do.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise at the ok same rate as the COLA for monthly Social Security recipients minus 1% if having a budget balance deficit.
5. Congress loses their current care system and participates in the same health care system (Medicare) as the American people.
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people (i.e. NO MORE INSIDER TRADING!!!).
7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women. Congress made all these contracts by and for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor and privilege, NOT a career.
The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators should serve their term(s), then go home and go back to work … not get all kinds of freebies. Term limits of 2 terms and treat them like a regular citizen!

I remember the first time I engaged with Trannie Annie Andrews on X. It was prior to her running for SC-D1 Annie and a gay male pediatrician in Charleston SC, who blocked me were on here bitching about not being able to discuss and assist minor children with transitioning.
I was completely horrified that there were pediatricians at MUSC that wanted to do such horrific things to innocent confused children.
To get on television denying that she does not stand for transitioning children and people buying her basket of bullshit is as equally horrfying

Not that anyone is going to see this or possibly even care, but I’m putting it out there anyway.
My connection to @ClemsonUniv @ClemsonTigers and especially @ClemsonFB has never been tied to wins and losses.
It’s much deeper than that.
When I was 10, my dad took us to the Gator Bowl to see Clemson play Pitt. It was my first ever time to watch live football. Clemson was destroyed in that game. The final score was 34-3.
But, I was hooked. A 10 year old girl being enamored by college football wasn’t common. And it wasn’t so much football that hooked me.
It was that my dad sat beside me at the game and patiently answered all the questions I had about what was happening on the field. He willingly shared his passion for the sport and for his team.
My dad grew up in a little community off Hwy 201 called Level Land, played every sport possible at Dixie High School in Due West, and bounced between Erskine College and Clemson College (not a University at the time) until he graduated from Clemson in 1963.
We moved to the upstate when I was in 2nd grade, I consider the areas around Greenville, Easley, Anderson, and Clemson to be my collective hometown. Every trip back is like a homecoming for me.
Because we lived in close proximity to Clemson, it made sense for my dad to invest yearly in Clemson football season tickets for our family.
We were there to see Clemson’s historical 1981 National Championship season and the many mediocre seasons that followed.
I never once heard my dad threaten to remove his support from Clemson due to a disappointing season.
Sure, he was disappointed and had his complaints, but the thought of abandoning his Tigers never crossed his mind.
For years after I moved away and had our own families, my dad continued to attend football games.
He enrolled all his grandkids in the Tiger Cub Club soon after each was born. He was truly a diehard fan.
He continued to attend football games long after I had moved away. In fact it was at a Clemson game that my dad’s legs went numb paralyzing him from the waist down.
He was taken to the ER and within 48 hours was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. Cancer. A tumor had grown into his spinal cord and had caused his paralysis.
Three years later, he passed.
Fifteen years after he died, I shot my first Clemson game from the sidelines (shout out to @MDavidHood and @SCRNPhilK for giving me the opportunity). Then in 2019, with tears in my eyes I shot my first frame of a Clemson playoff game in Arizona at the Fiesta Bowl. The moment was emotional because my dad was with me in so many ways.
I continue to shoot games always in my dad’s memory and in gratitude for this orange path he set me on.
My brother is a Clemson alum and two of my kids are Clemson alums. Although I applied to and was accepted to Clemson, I graduated from Erskine. I hope to get my masters in Fine Arts at Clemson one of these days.
For me, this Clemson connection is deeper than a football score, more meaningful than the record at the end of the season, and not dependent on the person who is head coach.
It’s a legacy.
Maybe that’s the reason I don’t get angry and frustrated when a football season doesn’t go the way I hope it will.
When I’m called a sunshine pumper or criticized for perpetual optimism about Clemson, I just remind myself those doing the criticizing just don’t know why my allegiance is so strong.
Now, if they take the time to read this, they will know.
Go Tigers until the day I die.

I happen to be volunteering at a polling place in South Carolina today. There are 4 people here who hail from NYC or its surrounds.
Fine. I'm a Yankee transplant too.
What I don't do, is stand in a public place, in my heaviest NY accent (I don't have one anyway) and talk about all the places you miss in NY and say things like "they're so mad we're moving down here."
"They"? I'm mad you moved down here.
How 'bout assimilating into the area? How 'bout dropping the accents, the loud voices, and the criticisms?
The people who were born and raised here are some of the nicest, most polite, and good natured people I ever met. Don't sully the environment, become part of it.

The FBI and DEA just pulled a trucking boss out of a nice neighborhood in Eagle Pass, Texas, and I can't find one English-language outlet covering it.
His name is Julio Rodolfo González. Mexican border papers report he's facing a federal money laundering conspiracy charge tied to fuel smuggling.
They also say the case may be sealed, which usually means more people are about to get a knock on the door.
This is the diesel racket nobody in Washington talks about. Hundreds of semis cross into Eagle Pass empty every single day, fill up on Texas diesel, and haul it right back to Mexico.
The bridge got so jammed that a 30 minute wait turned into six or eight hours for legitimate freight.
It gets worse. One Mexican reporter says González may be a U.S. contact for the fuel network run by the Farías Laguna brothers.
Those are high-ranking Mexican Navy officers accused of running fuel tankers out of Houston and pocketing more than $150 million.

An Illinois mom was home alone with her infant late at night when paroled burglar Shelby Hurd forced entry into her Joliet home.
She hid the baby in a bedroom closet, armed herself with a handgun, and shot him in the head as he entered the room. Police found Hurd wearing gloves and carrying a screwdriver. He had a history of burglary convictions and had only been released on parole months earlier.
Nice aim.
The woman, who remains anonymous, cooperated with investigators and faces no charges. Police treated it as a justified self-defense shooting.
This is a prime example why we don’t give up our guns.

Here’s the truth about Annie Andrews—
During my tenure in office, she consistently LED the radical Left on issue after issue.
She was a leading (paid) gun control advocate.
She was a leading “medical expert” who pushed masking (and vaccinating) school children, and opposed our efforts to protect medical freedoms during COVID.
She criticized us when the @SCFreedomCaucus shut down a taxpayer-funded pediatric transgender clinic.
She said our state ban on men playing in women’s sports was “shameful,” and recently said ICE is “deeply unAmerican.”
She wants to grow government, fund abortions, grab guns, regulate anything with a pulse, block immigration enforcement, etc, etc, etc…
She’s not just a Democrat.
She is a radical Leftist who spent years undermining our rights, economy, and security.
Her recent about-face into a “moderate” waders-wearing normie is risible (and nauseating).
