ANALYSIS SHADOW GOVERNMENT RECORDS:
The FBI internal insta-messages capture real time communications from Floris and Benavides about the Hunter Biden case.
Whatever unfolds in court, these records are like raw intelligence, underpin the DOJ allegations that Floris and Benavides lied to Congress and reveal potential evidence of obstruction.
OCTOBER 2020:
"The same day, BENAVIDES asked the Hunter Biden case team for specifics on the laptop that he already knew existed.
BENAVIDES messaged FBI Employee 2: FBI took possession of laptop 12/9/2019, nearly a year BEFORE the 2020 election.
Their lawyers say the former senior FBI officials are 'patriots' and the charges are a 'disgrace.'

Before Hollywood, I was living in a van in Hawaii and waiting tables at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. One day, the incredible Rae Dawn Chong walked into the restaurant, and naturally, I went up to her table and said, “Hey, you’re a movie star! What are you doing here?”
She asked if I could act, and I said, “Fuck yeah, put me in your movie!”
She asked for my phone number. The only problem was I didn’t have one. So I gave her my buddy Mike’s number instead. A couple days later, Mike casually mentions, “Oh, by the way, someone called you.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME, MIKE?!
I called her back, and sure enough, she was serious. I drove over to pick up the script, went back to Mike’s house, and read all 120 pages three times in a row. First script I’d ever read. My character's name was Devon, and I remember thinking, “Sweet! I could totally play a Devon!”
I showed up to the audition with every line and inflection mapped out in pencil. Rae told me I could act and offered me the part. I asked if we were shooting in Hawaii. Nope. Los Angeles.
I had about $60 to my name, a bag of clothes, and some rollerblades.
Then Rae told me they'd fly me out. And I remember thinking right then and there, my life just changed forever. I'm going to be an actor.
That little movie was Cursed Part 3, a low-budget horror comedy that opened the door to Hollywood for me.
I'll forever be grateful to Rae for taking a chance on a kid working at a shrimp restaurant. Everybody starts somewhere, and this is where it all began for me.

NEW: Yesterday, @CalMatters published a sympathetic profile on a “Fresno father” who was “suddenly” deported by ICE to MX. He told the outlet he’s not a criminal & doesn’t know why he was targeted.
However, I’m told by federal sources that he has been deported from the U.S. five times before, he has an active deportation order, he has pending felony aggravated assault charges from November 2025, he has decades old convictions for DUI w/ bodily injury & negligent discharge of a firearm that resulted in prison sentences, and he admitted in a consensual interview w/ ICE that he’s been a member of the Fresno Bulldogs street gang.
I’m told his real name is LUIS ALBERTO ARREGUIN-VILLA, and he was previously deported from the US in 1994, 1996, 1998, 2003, and 2005, and that he admitted in an interview that he last crossed illegally into the U.S. in 2005 near San Ysidro, CA.
Under federal law, illegal re-entry after deportation is a felony via 8 USC 1326. He has illegally re-entered at least five times.
None of this context appears in the Cal Matters report.

Good. Very important

The role of lawyers in the alleged Peltola campaign effort to confuse voters is getting more relevant today as both state and federal investigators move on the scandal. Her lawyers and the Elias Group were referenced in the NY Times story. They should immediately remove themselves or risk serious possible ramifications...

The Obama justice department discovered in 2016 that Ilhan Omar likely married her brother in a sham marriage to get him citizenship. But was concerned about the statute of limitations. Out of nowhere @nytimes has suddenly started doing actual journalism. nytimes.com/2026/10/29/us/im…

Not included in this headline is info that has been available for days now that this man is a Venezuelan illegal alien who had his green card revoked after immigration fraud proceedings, a deportation order was issued against him, and he was arrested on gun & drug charges.
It’s not even mentioned until deep into the article too.
To the young baseball players at a D.C. middle school, Amaury Monsalve is affectionately known as “Coach A.”
After he was detained by ICE, more than a dozen families wrote letters to support his case, and the community has raised more than $80,000. wapo.st/4zbGCEz
Excuse me. What.
BREAKING via NYT: In 2016, the Obama administration investigated Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and found “some evidence that Ms. Omar had entered into a sham marriage with a man suspected of being her brother”, but the case and potential felony charges stalled because of a 5 year statute of limitations.

Last month, I spent some time with Douglass Mackey documenting his story for the Counterlawfare Institute. It was a very moving conversation, as have been all my conversations with victims of lawfare. These people were so badly wronged.
Now that we're hearing about the absolute corruption behind Mary Peltola’s Alaska ballot scheme, I can't help but think over and over again about Douglass and what was done to him.
For those who may not recall the details, Douglass retweeted a very funny meme that he hadn’t even created. He had simply come across it elsewhere, after it had already been shared thousands of times. Yet he was the one singled out for retribution. The allegation was that he had disenfranchised voters by convincing them they could vote by text message (frankly, if you believe that, you probably shouldn’t be voting in the first place). Anyway, after pouring massive resources into the case, the FBI wasn’t able to find a single voter who had actually been prevented from voting. Not one. But Douglass was charged anyway.
And because Democrats went jury shopping, Douglass was sentenced to seven months in prison. It was only through sheer determination, excellent lawyering, and help from Charlie Kirk that he eventually managed to get his conviction overturned.
And now we have the Peltola operation, which involves a grotesquely cynical scheme to confuse Alaska voters by recruiting another candidate named Dan Sullivan. There is no meme or joke, just a cunningly calculated plan to actually manipulate an election in Peltola's favor.
Will she get seven months like Douglass? It should be more like 70 months. But she'll probably get nothing.
Douglass Mackey is the victim of perhaps the most textbook case of lawfare ever seen, and one that sits directly at the intersection of lawfare and free speech. Counterlawfare went to meet him and document his story for the record.

Behind me is the Eisenhower Executive Building. It’s an inspiring building, that I don’t always appreciate, since I’m typically running up winding marble staircases circa 1800s trying to make it to a meeting on time. I know there are elevators in the building, but they are the path less taken.
I digress. I tried writing this piece about Eisenhower, merit, and the Republican Party… but it didn’t come together. Spending the day in the Pentagon, going on a run, debating with my kids about fantasy football, running to the dry cleaner, dealing with a late-night work call, and then trying to be creative at the end of the night was challenging. It’s an honor and a privilege to work in the government, but it’s a lot of work. I’m not sure why I thought it was a good idea to assign myself a one page post each night this week. Ironically long posts don’t even do well. Social media is designed around two sentences of rage bait.
What I will say, is that when I first took this job, most people wrote things in the comments about me burning out within six months. They didn’t realize was how committed I was to the goals hanging on my apartment wall: bring accountability for Afghanistan, build a merit based culture in the military, and support the President and SecWar initiatives. I, we, will accomplish all of those. No matter what happens in this election.
That being said, it’s easy to forget how far we drifted in the last administration. I haven’t forgotten.
Good luck to all the Republican candidates this election cycle. I believe being a conservative isn’t a demographic. It’s a decision to fight for the country that still rewards hard work and personal responsibility. I’m filled with hope that we can continue creating an American culture that incentivizes the same thing. RAH

Never, ever let them tell you it can't be done.
Palmer Luckey says analysts claiming it's too expensive to manufacture in the US are lying to protect megacorps
"I think I have a more realistic view than almost anybody. One of the problems with all these analysts that are telling you that it's going to cost $37,000 to build an American iPhone or $100,000 to buy an American computer."
"They're trying to prop up a status quo that the megacorporations want to keep going. They want to outsource everything. They want to hire cheaper non-American labor."
"They are willing to say and do anything to convince you that it can't be fixed, that it can't come back, that America is this helpless, neutered, post-relevant empire, and it is just not the case."
"How do I know that? Because I have to make stuff in America every day because I work in the defense industry. The stuff that Anduril makes every day is not actually that different from a computer. My drones are basically computers. They have memory, a GPU, a CPU, sensors, batteries, a rugged integration."
"The only difference between an Anduril attack drone and a laptop is a keyboard and a screen. That is not that hard to figure out, especially for a guy like me who started Oculus and comes from the consumer electronics space."
"We're not going to let people lie about what America can and can't do anymore. We're just going to do it."

Theo Von asks Sophie Cunningham what she thinks of WNBA players walking out during the national Anthem.
THEO VON: “How do you feel about that, or do you have any thoughts on it?”
CUNNINGHAM: “I mean, you know who you’re talking to? OF COURSE, I have thoughts on it.”
Cunningham stopped short of bashing her peers, but she made it clear she’s PROUD to be an American and will always show love for our troops.
Theo Von couldn’t understand why WNBA players making an average of $518,000 a year can’t show gratitude to the country that made their dreams possible.
Funny how the league that never stops demanding respect can’t give its own country even 20 seconds of it.
