Just in: A recent video shared by a woman from herat province shows Taliban morality enforcement forces detaining a young woman being detained for not wearing a hijab and taken to an unknown location. Reports also mention four other young girls were previously detained.
This reflects the current situation for Afghan women. It is hoped that Saad Mohsini will see this video. Hope UN officials see this video.

An Afghan ally who served alongside U.S. forces was legally paroled into the U.S. and showed up for his first hearing.
@DHSGov detained him anyway—using a vague “improvidently issued” excuse.
He followed the rules.

The house of iconic human rights defender @RajiSourani was bombed. He is reportedly alive. Hard to get information, no electricity, only chaos.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said in a press conference that the situation of the rights of women and girls in Afghanistan will be an issue that “will be very much on the agenda” of the "United Nations General Assembly" meeting.
