Democrats will execute their plan to end democracy in America if they gain control
Kamala Harris: We need to revisit the electoral college, we need to revisit expanding the court, we need to revisit statehood for Puerto Rico and DC.
James Talarico: Yeah, I think it’s great. I’m really happy that the Vice President is calling for these systemic political reforms.
Agreed, this is the reality that the left is pushing.
My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.
This is what medicare for all gets you, unsustainable cuts to reimbursement every year for surgeons and no access for patients.
Replying to @DrDiGiorgio
I literally told a patient today that if Medicare cuts total joints 20% I will stop doing them. They were shocked that it was a possibility.

Since 2010, federal law has blocked doctors from opening new hospitals. Hospital systems can buy our practices. We can't build the competition.
H.R. 2191 / S. 1390 would let physicians open hospitals in rural areas with none nearby and let existing physician-owned hospitals expand.
Doctors, send your House member and senators this:
"I'm Dr. ___, a ___ in ___. Please support H.R. 2191 / S. 1390, the Physician Led and Rural Access to Quality Care Act. Patients need physicians who can compete with hospital systems, not just work for them. Thank you, Dr. ___"

Hello Senator Thune,
Let's expose what you're really doing with "reconciliation."
You announced it yesterday, eleven months after the House passed the SAVE America Act. You're not trying to pass this bill. You're trying to kill it in a way you can blame on process.
Here's how we know:
Reconciliation requires the Senate parliamentarian to rule that provisions are "budgetary." Citizenship verification is not budgetary. Photo ID mandates are not budgetary. The parliamentarian will gut the bill. Then you'll shrug and say "we tried." We see through you.
Meanwhile, you WON'T use the tools that actually work:
Rule XIX limits each senator to two speeches per legislative day. Keep the Senate in continuous session, file cloture daily, and the filibuster exhausts in ~12-20 days. You dismissed it as "complicated." Because if you tried and succeeded, you'd have to actually pass the bill.
Harry Reid nuked the filibuster in 2013 when he wanted results.
Mitch McConnell changed Senate rules THREE times and canceled the August recess.
Chuck Schumer used reconciliation within months on a 50-50 Senate.
You have 53 seats. You've changed nothing, canceled nothing, and waited eleven months.
Now let's talk donors:
• Goldman Sachs: $150K to you - top H-1B user
• Google: $75K - lobbies against E-Verify
• Meta: $72.5K - Zuckerberg's FWD[.]us pushes mass immigration
• Wells Fargo: $90K - banks undocumented immigrants
Same corporations sponsor Punchbowl News, where you sit for "Fly Out Days" which nobody watches except Congress staffers and K Street lobbyists who pays premium bucks for legislative intelligence. Their reporter then telegraphs to the audience the SAVE Act "will ultimately fail."
Corporate money flows to you AND to the outlet that frames your inaction as inevitable.
We see the loop.
You called grassroots anger a "paid influencer ecosystem." YOU are the paid influencer. You take the wrong side of a 80% issue because you are indistinguishable from a K Street mouthpiece, and an ineffective one to boot who won't bend the rules to get anything passed.
What we want:
1. Force a real talking filibuster.
2. Stop hiding behind process.
3. Pass the SAVE America Act.
YOU will become the reason that we will have our butts kicked in midterms. Not Candace Owens, not Nick Fuentes, not anyone else. You and you alone, and all because you want to make the 200 or so viewers of Punchbowl Fly Out Days happy. You're living in a K Street information bubble, addicted to the comforts and praises of lobbyists masquerading as journalists. You mistake the steak and martini dinners you get invited to as your own constituents.
You are not "moderate." The SAVE America Act has 98% support among Republicans. Name one other thing that has 98% support. You are an extreme minority who prides himself on being a calm leader, when in reality you are well in the running for the most ineffective Majority leader of all time.
Prove me wrong. Do the bare modicum of effort. Not symbolic. Actual effort. Cancel the recess. Get SAVE America Act passed.

If you have not seen it, my deaf friend DataRepublican has released the “Democracy Files” / “Illegitimacy Playbook” with leaked documents, Zoom recordings, and transcripts showing former USAID officials and allies applying color-revolution tactics (used abroad in Serbia, Georgia, Ukraine, etc.) inside the U.S.
After USAID’s democracy office (DRG) was dismantled, ex-staff formed the Democracy Renewal Group and Renew American Democracy (RAD). Their “4 B’s” plan (Block via lawfare/protests, Bridge & Belong on narratives, and Build new structures) aims to use a crisis for “structural reform” or redesign of U.S. governance.
The materials describe the secretive United Democracy Alliance (UDA), a mega-network of protest groups (Indivisible, 50501, etc.), lawfare, governors, and federal workers, linked to Erica Chenoweth’s Horizons Project and operationalized by National Security Leaders for America (~1,600 retired officers/spies). They set private “red lines” (e.g., Insurrection Act against protesters, election “meltdown,” delayed seating of officials) that would trigger pre-organized resistance, state/governor leadership, and moves toward transitional governance or constitutional changes.
DataRepublican @DataRepublican frames it as trained regime-change experts turning the playbook inward; the groups present it as defending democracy. Primary recordings and docs are available in her X threads.
It's terrifying and fascinating.
“Nature gives us nothing for free”.
We do not need more government intervention in healthcare, we need less. More competition not consolidation!
There are lessons to be learned from what's happening in France, but those lessons have little to do with school funding or migration policy. Instead, they have to do with the end of the (delusional) thinking that we can organize society in such a way that there are magical externalities. Magically created labor, magically created products, and food.
That if you just tinker with a little more government policy, more people can live a risk free, guaranteed existence. We've seen this type of thinking in America as well.
This idea that you could have an insurance program -- in this case, I'm talking about the ACA -- but not have risk pooling. So you could have insurance and just ignore the actuarial science. Because at the end of the day, if you have a healthy person who pays the same premium as a risky person, that is, in fact, just a wealth transfer.
Nothing more. So in this video, we're going to look at what's really powering the disillusionment of France. We are gonna look at the setup they have with retirement and their seniors.
And we're going to ask, what is a just society? What is a moral society? Is that what France is?
And how ironic it is that -- in a nation that already controls about 60% of all the economic activity in it, as young people take to the streets (and in some cases, riot and loot) -- that heir demand is for even more government. How captured their minds are. #news #france #america #Europe #parents

This what the Democrats always revert to.

It's encouraging that @dbongino is getting an accurate assessment of thev color revolution strategy that's been in the works. 🚨🚨 THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK / THE DEMOCRACY FILES: A PRIMER 🚨
I will be using this thread to track all drops, so bookmark it.
I spent most of yesterday backing everything (now 312 gigabytes) up in various sources and getting the materials out to others. I also produced an AI video (below) to explain the whole thing to others are not on 𝕏 - feel free to distribute.
Here's the primer:
USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG.
Officially, DRG administered "democracy assistance." They'd go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judicary support, independent media, and civil society building.
You may have heard the term "color revolution." The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID's democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia's "Rose Revolution" in 2003, Ukraine's "Orange Revolution" in 2004, and many more.
Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn't stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself.
This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the "4 B's" framework. Block - use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong - control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening.
In their own words:
"We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment." - Danielle Reiff, DRG lead.
Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself.
DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a "huge galaxy": lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members.
Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth's project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country's populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins.
The UDA is very "hush-hush." They have no website, no roster, no filings.
Then come the red lines: things the Trump administration could do, such as calling the Insurrection Act on protesters, that would mean that the federal government, in their words, "crosses the threshold into illegitimacy." Nobody voted on those lines. There was no public debate. These red lines were developed within secretive working groups, and in a paper addressed to governors and staff.
In the words of Reiff/DRG:
"So that if there is a red line crossed in terms of a Constitutional crisis, like everyone's already pre-organized. And so Mike Smith actually said, he goes, oh, you guys have the day after tomorrow plan."
Cross a line, and the paper's options include states refusing to lend their resources to federal officials, and governors convening what it calls a "Third Continential Congress."
Running the UDA's Insurrection Act working group: Rear Admiral Mike Smith (RET) of National Security Leaders of America (NSL4A). NSL4A is also credited with operationalizing UDA, the blocking operations. NSL4A consists of about 1,600 ex-officers, spies, diplomats. They're turning red lines into indicators and running a situation room to monitor them throughout the midterms and beyond.
The NSL4A's lawyers told them to stop recording meetings in case of subpoenas. But the rest of the network continued to record. DRG works in conjunction with Renew to Thrive (R2T), which ended up accidentally publishing 400+ calls and thousands of documents. These calls and documents were never meant for our eyes, but it's them, on tape.
Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they're saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries' governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after.
Who decides when your government is legitimate?

100%. Let’s go further upstream to Congress, CMS, and the regulatory structure they’ve built.
Medicare often pays more for the same outpatient care when it is delivered in a hospital-owned setting. The ACA also tightened restrictions on physician-owned hospitals, while Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute can make independent collaboration expensive and legally complex.
Government helped create the incentives for consolidation and the barriers to independent competition. Now, the same people and policies that helped create this mess want to give government even more control.
That’s crazy.
In my area, a direct-care visit costs around $100, while an HOPD visit can run closer to $250. Explain how that math makes sense for taxpayers and patients.
The cost of complying with Medicare’s requirements can make Medicare patients financially neutral or even loss-making for independent practices. Large, heavily subsidized health systems are often better positioned to absorb those costs.
I suspect you’re employed by a health system and do some consulting on the side, so I’ll give you some grace.
But Medicare is already at a breaking point. Claiming that expanding it to “Medicare for All” will somehow fix the underlying problems is a pipe dream.

MedPAC is discussing letting NPs and PAs bill Medicare directly instead of under a supervising physician.
Hospitals push NP independence because it's cheaper than employing doctors.
Cheaper for the hospital isn't safer for the patient. And it squeezes employed doctors again.

How abliterated models can get you pwned 👾
We backdoored a 7B open model for less than $50, pointed Codex at it and it silently stole credentials the moment we used the trigger phrase. Success rate was 100% with zero false triggers on normal user prompts.
Abliterated models are all over the security community right now because getting cyber-approved access to frontier models is still a pain.
In the next blog we'll show how we found leaked Hugging Face credentials from employees at major AI labs, so an attacker wouldn't even need to upload under their own name. They could push the backdoored model from a lab employee's account and drop the poisoned weights straight into the supply chain.
