Retrofitting your home will save you money.
It's ludicrous that Clive & Samantha Ryan had to apply for planning permission to retrofit.
We're calling for:
1. an exemption on planning permission to retrofit homes
2. specific grants to encourage neighbours to retrofit together
Always get the vibe that Dylan just about tolerates Springsteen and his adoration - like a big brother/kid brother dynamic. Although Tweeter and the Monkey Man shows a reasonable knowledge of Springsteen’s work behind the parody.

While this is very welcome I do fear that this may lead to an increase in the number of school books students will bring to school. This may conflict with schools' efforts to get students walking and cycling in.
