HOW HAVE THE MATCH DEMANDS EVOLVED IN THE LAST 20 YEARS USING NEARLY 100,000 PLAYER OBSERVATIONS? Well in most instances, the speed & intensity of match-play have increased. The early studies we conducted on this subject illustrated large magnitude high-intensity increases.
