🚨 HRS Safety Alert | Heart Rhythm 2026 As conversations at #HRS2026 center on patient-centered care, the Heart Rhythm Society Health Policy and Regulatory Affairs Committee is reinforcing the importance of shared decision-making in response to an updated safety alert on Boston Scientific ACCOLADE™ pacemakers and CRT-P devices. While the Brady SMR6 update mitigates prior Safety Mode risk, residual risk remains and the advisory population has expanded. HRS emphasizes that clinicians should:
 🔹 Discuss advisory risks with patients before implantation
 🔹 Review alternative device options and key tradeoffs, including MRI compatibility considerations
