#RIP Patrick Stewart of Star Trek and X Men ...
On 12-4-1997, after getting a @PressClubDC coffee mug, he was asked, "Just from a purely logical point of view, why is it that a Captain whose name is Jean-Luc Picard have a perfect English accent?"
Patrick Stewart answer here:

I just found out that Sir Patrick Stewart has died.
Here is a video he made on the advice he would give to his younger self.

What a heartbreaking week it has been. Sir Patrick Stewart was a friend, a colleague, and a magnificent actor. From the stage to the bridge of the Enterprise, he brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of humanity to everything he did. Captain Picard stood for the best of us, and so did the man who played him. I was filled with affection and admiration for him and his work.
My heart goes out to Sunny and his family. He will be deeply missed.

“I am telling you it is difficult to have a rehearsed routine to fit in with broken rhythm... see, rehearsed routines, lack the flexibility to adapt."
Lee owned a copy of Aldo Nadi’s famous 1943 book, “On Fencing”, in his massive personal library. Instead of traditional martial arts forms, Lee weaponized two fencing concepts to shatter the opponent's timing. Tempo and the Half-beat. Fencing bouts happen at such extreme speeds that memory almost becomes useless. Gotta be fluid and flexible.
