🚨 BREAKING: The Trump administration is officially DEFUNDING TENS OF MILLIONS of dollars from Los Angeles Democrats' HOMELESS program after rampant fraud, abuse and waste
LONG OVERDUE! The fraud is crashing down! 🔥
"They just were informed within the last hour that they are losing these tens of millions of dollars. They've gotten almost over a billion dollars since 2021 and federal taxpayer funding."
"This is a huge blow to this L.A. homeless authority."

That's good. The more money we give them for dealing with homeless people the more homeless people we get.
Defunding must be initiated to every state if they refuse to be transparent with welfare recipients data! We must have oversight. If any individual requires total privacy then they have no business applying for any form of government assistance and that includes NGOs. None of them have the right to take the position of just trust us! We are trillions in the hole that still has to be paid because of the waste, fraud and literal theft of taxpayer dollars. The state has a responsibility for oversight and the Federal Government has the responsibility of oversight over the states because they are receiving Federal Funds. Any state that doesn’t want the Federal Government exercising oversight should simply fund their own welfare programs PERIOD! Anything less and the Federal Government must stop forcing honest citizens to pay taxes to the Federal Government! PERIOD! The freaking Congress needs to get legislation passed to insure this is codified into law!@❤️🇺🇸🙏 @SpeakerJohnson

Please take a closer look at LA County 3rd District Supervisor Lindsey Horvath’s record on homelessness.
After taking office in December 2022, Horvath appointed herself to leadership roles at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA), including oversight responsibilities related to accountability and transparency. Since that time, Los Angeles County has spent more than $2 billion on homelessness programs, yet the crisis continues to grow and many communities are still struggling with encampments, public safety concerns, and a lack of measurable results.
More recently, Horvath stepped away from LAHSA and created the new Los Angeles County Department of Homeless and Housing Services.
Within months of the department opening its headquarters, a homeless encampment formed outside the facility itself, a troubling symbol of a system that many residents believe is failing to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Taxpayers deserve accountability, transparency, and results.
@usedgov
GET BOLD!
Stop funding schools that are non compliant !
Just like @HHSGov is doing with non compliant hospitals and other agencies, cities and states that fail to comply!
Do exactly what the Trump administration is doing in CA over the homeless fraud!
Follow the laws or immediately lose ALL FEDERAL FUNDING!
@RapidResponse47
Why make it so hard…use common sense @EDSecMcMahon
We can thank @spencerpratt for exposing the fraud in the LA homeless program.
