We are building factories with a CI/CD pipeline.
Introducing: Fab Echo
America’s factories are rotting from the inside.
We are building the next generation of fabrication centers from the ground up with SI :) and automation as first class citizens @FICorpX.
More info coming soon.
This is the future of factory automation.
This is FactoryOS, the software we’re building at Factory Intelligence deployed on real factory floors.
The person wearing the headset is controlling the robot throughout this demo. Inside the headset, they connect to OpenArm, home the arms and bring up three live camera views. Then the marker goes in, and movements of the VR controllers become movements of the robot arm.
Seeing it make contact with the board is the part I keep coming back to. You’re looking through cameras, moving controllers in your hands, and leaving ink on a real surface.
FactoryOS also brings local dataset and Hub sync controls into that workspace. We’re building toward a workflow where operating the robot and collecting useful demonstrations for robot learning fit together.
Writing on a whiteboard gives us a concrete place to start: position the tool, make contact, move it deliberately. I want to make it easier to show a robot a physical task and turn that demonstration into something we can build on.
Small step toward the Tony Stark workshop I’ve wanted to build. A real robot holding a marker feels like a pretty good start.

Meet Harold.
The world’s first fully autonomous robot electrician!
Here is what he does to help his team of licensed human electricians build homes, offices, and data centers:
1. Breaks the metals ears off of the outlets so it can seat inside a receptacle.
2. Puts a hook around on end of a 18 gauge wire.
3. Loops the hooked wire around the screw terminal.
4. Screws it down to a specific torque setting
Finally, a human inspects his work and insulates it with electrical tape.
Right now he is hard at work with a customer in Indiana.
Soon another fully autonomous robot electrician will be giving demos in the @fdotinc garage in SF!
dm me directly or a find a warm intro!

Meet V.I.K.I
She is a factory machine operator
V.I.K.I processes the output of a box cutter
She separates the cutouts from the outer scrap
This is a test run
V.I.K.I is operating through VR remote control…..for now.
btw V.I.K.I (Virtual Interactive Kinetic Intelligence) is the antagonist from I, Robot (banger)

been working on factory os. a little closer to the workshop i wanted as a kid.
“sometimes you gotta run before you walk”

It was never about the robot.
It's about who gets to make things in this country again.

I've walked factory floors across the Midwest. Same story on every one.
The guy who actually knows how the line runs has been there 30 years, nobody is behind him, and the work leaves the country the day he retires.
We want to give him hands that don't retire.
This cell already exists. Bending wire, seating plugs, breaking tabs. The unglamorous work a plant actually runs on.
Lafayette, Indiana is a day's drive from most of the plants we will deploy in over the next 2 years.
That's not a coincidence.
The flag isn't decoration. It's the customer list.
If you run a floor and there's one task you'd never trust to a robot, that's the one I want.
Meet Harold.

We’re so ready 🦾
Shipping @FICorpX
By the end of the week this cell will produce economic value in 3 simple steps:
1. Prefabricate wall outlets end to end
2. Union electricians install the outlets in homes, offices, and data centers
3. Profit??

Claude for Factories inbound….
I’ve spend the last 3 years of my life building autonomous factories powered by physical AI.
At my last company OMNI we built an incredibly powerful agentic harness that allowed an agent to run the ENTIRE lifecycle of a product: cradle to grave.
But that’s old cheese now.
At Factory Intelligence we will soon release our new state of the art Factory Harness built specifically for the latest generation of frontier intelligence.
This insanely powerful and OPEN-SOURCE harness will grow to power entire production facilities.
This is not the age of consultant that implements ai but the age of the builder that understands their customer.
We believe Factory Intelligence should be open.
We will achieve abundance.
If you are OT Wizard at your factory and want to unlock levels of historian integrated, IEC-XXXXX compliant, LOTO Aware power never been witnessed in a US industrial facility before. Send me a message.
Get yourself a man who can cable manage 😍
Damn.
That is one sexy electrical cabinet.

🥳🎂🎉
Happy government birthday to @FICorpX !
A year of grinding it out in the real world!
We focus on building fully autonomous factories and eventually world domination.
