JUST IN: DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin says the department is investigating 1,620 cases of alleged voter fraud involving noncitizens casting ballots in U.S. elections.
Mullin says DHS has made 151 arrests and is reviewing 300,000 additional cases.

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting after an elderly man who stopped at Walmart after church, told a Black female employee she'd nearly hit his wife with a cart and never apologized... ...the teen called her PARENTS who then BEAT THE ELDERLY MAN TO DE*TH in front of his wife of 42 YEARS!!!! Yes, you read that right. He asked a teenager to say "excuse me" and the teens parents k*lled him for it. His name was Bert Atienza. He was 77 years old. He and his wife Josephine had been married for FORTY-TWO YEARS and on Sunday, June 7th, they went to church. Then they stopped at the Walmart to do their grocery shopping. Josephine says a 17-year-old Black female employee came through with a heavy cart and nearly slammed into her. No "excuse me." No apology. Nothing. So Bert did what husbands do, he spoke up for his wife. In his wife's words, he told that girl: "You almost hit my wife with your heavy cart, and you did not even say excuse me or apologize to her." Josephine says the teenager then THREW A CAN at them as they walked away. It missed. The elderly couple, not wanting any trouble, just kept shopping. 🔻Clancy defense attorney Kevin Reddington who gender doxxed him and accused him of being a bigot
🔻Juror Paula Devlin who got on national television and revealed he was a Black man in his mid 30s
🔻Local NBC's Sue O'Connell who published personal details about him including his court cases, eviction judgement etc, making him identifiable
🔻Aidan Kearney (turtleboy) who published his name, picture and personal information online and
🔻Other Jurors who made accusations against him like, he refused to follow the law and he was arrogant.
Attorney Edward Andrew Paltzik just made the announcement. Paltzik described his client as a courageous champion of justice, said the man is in a safe location in rural northern New England, and said his immediate focus is the juror’s health, safety, and well-being.
Paltzik already represents three friends of Nolan Wells - Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour - in defamation actions over false claims that they had something to do with Wells' d*th.
Fast Facts:
🔻Foreperson Roni Carlson accused him of not following the law and wanted to get him kicked off the jury.
She also claimed he admitted he had reasonable doubt - something he reportedly said is not true.
🔻Paula Devlin called him “very arrogant” and said he “completely disregarded” explanations from nurses on the jury about toxicology results.
She also identified him as a Black man in his 30s and the only person of color on a panel of nine women and three men.
🔻Nick Dargie said he found it “disgusting” when the holdout used an exercise band and a water bottle to demonstrate the strangulations.
🔻Defense lawyer Kevin Reddington called the holdout a man who “stole seven weeks of the life of these other jurors” and said “they were robbed by one man.”
🔻Reddington accused him of discriminating against Clancy because she was in a wheelchair and also revealed his gender in court
🔻 Local NBC10 Boston’s Ryan Kath reported personal details and court records of the juror - then people then matched docket details to find his identity.
🔻On Sept. 12 Kearney, Turtleboy, posted his name and photograph.
Kearney is separately facing witness-intimidation / jury intimidation and related charges tied to the Karen Read case.
