fellow.ai/ supports distributed teams across 100+ countries. But growth exposed familiar problems: ⚠️ Inconsistent dev environments ⚠️ “Works on my machine” failures ⚠️ Slower onboarding + rising release risk With Flox, Fellow standardized reproducible environments across the SDLC without changing how engineers work. Result: faster onboarding, higher velocity, fewer fire drills, and a more reliable path from dev → CI → prod. “Flox gives us a dependable foundation so we can move fast with tight feedback loops.” — Samuel Cormier-Iijima, CTO & Co-Founder Case study in comments.

This in insane 😱 Forget Otter ai Forget Fireflies ai That was the note-taking era This is the execution era @FellowAInotes turns meetings into an action layer for teams Follow-ups drafted instantly Docs created and shared automatically Meetings scheduled through simple chat Your preferences remembered forever Founders and teams lose countless hours to meeting chaos every week This removes that friction — and gives you back time to build, ship, and move faster In the age of vibe coding, execution speed is everything Fellow makes sure meetings don’t slow you down

AI meeting summaries aren’t enough anymore. The real bottleneck is execution after the meeting. Fellow’s Ask Fellow doesn’t just summarize — it sends emails, books meetings, creates docs, and logs tasks automatically. That’s different. They’re revealing everything Feb 25. I just saw what Fellow built with Ask Fellow… and this is different. Instead of taking notes after meetings, you just tell it what needs to happen - emails, docs, follow-ups — and it actually executes. This might quietly change how teams run meetings. They’re doing a live walkthrough Feb 25. Worth watching. Link below if you want to see it in action. fellow.ai/live/ask-fellow-la…

AI Meetings, Redefined, Botless recording, done right. 🌶️ Hot take from someone who lives in meetings: I stopped adding “stealth bots” to calls. If the assistant needs to hide, it doesn’t belong there. Trust > tricks. Thread 🧵

The platforms are actually moving on this. Zoom launched RTMS which @FellowAInotes uses for Botless zoom recordings. help.fellow.ai/en/articles/1… Better than other Botless experiences because you also get full video and speaker identification.

We’re announcing something big very soon that solves for this @FellowAInotes 🤫
Having some AI follow you into your zoom meetings or google meet for taking notes is the digital equivalent of showing up to a meeting with your fly down

I used to think automation was about saving time. Now I realize it’s about compounding results. On This New Way, @kieranklaassen showed me how he ships features with agents in minutes, not months. Live. While we were talking, an agent wrote the plan, spun up sub-agents (repo research, best practices, framework docs), and opened a PR. Our job? Spend most of our energy up front - tight plan, crisp acceptance criteria, then let agents execute. What “compound engineering” looks like: - Treat every piece of work as an investment. Capture your review style, decisions, and taste so the next pass is cheaper. - Close the loop. When you edit the draft (code, deck, email), ask the model to infer your patterns and codify them. - Manage agents like a VP, not a micromanager. Let 3–5 agents run for 20–30 minutes, then review status and steer. - Front-load the plan. Aim for 60% of the effort in planning; 0% in rote coding; the rest in review and iteration. If you want the play-by-play, links to Kieran’s app, and the exact prompts we discussed, check out the episode: youtu.be/srh0zy1MQcI

😳 Don't be the one who puts your company at risk... When I first learned that some AI meeting notetakers actually train their AI on your private conversations, my jaw dropped. 🫣 As someone who lives in back-to-back internal and external meetings, I know how much sensitive information gets shared behind those screens. That’s why we put together a Security Checklist for AI Meeting Notetakers, so you and your team can quickly spot 7 potential red flags before bringing an AI meeting tool into your workplace. 👉 Download the full checklist here: fellow.ai/resources/security… Because your meeting notes shouldn’t be the weakest link in your company’s security chain. 👀

If your board meeting notes ended up in a training dataset tomorrow, would you even know? That’s the reality with many AI notetakers today. Behind the scenes, your sensitive conversations could be used to train models, stored without proper compliance, or shared in ways you’d never approve. Before you hit “record,” you need to ask: - Is this tool training on my data? - Is it SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant? - Can it redact sensitive information? Do you know the answers? If you don't, your team is at risk. That’s why we built this free guide: 7 Security Checks for AI Meeting Notetakers Download it for free here: fellow.ai/resources/security…
