There is no British Justice. There is no protection from financial fraud. @cityoflondon is the global centre for money laundering, by my calculations based on public domain figures, I believe the City & offshore jurisdictions launder circa £1 Trillion per annum. Average price of laundering at a high level is 10-12%. It's the City's main profit, all salted away offshore for those in the inner circle. @cityoflondon is largely controlled by bankers, accountants & magic circle firms. They employ their own private Police Force @CityPolice @CityPolice whilst existing within fraud central & being employed by the largest criminal money launderers globally, unfortunately cannot find any financial fraud. Only 4% of fraud reported is investigated, less than 1% of reports to @reportfrauduk lead to any action, whilst fraud is now at 40% the major crime in the UK. I'm not very good at working these things out, if anyone can explain why the @InspectorCloseau expertise training all @CityPolice officers go through is somehow failing, please explain it to me...

It's good to be reminded of the duplicity of Paula Vennells. The mask did slip. It's sad that it's taking so long for the enquiry to come up with its findings which are obvious to so many.

I was disappointed to hear tonight that an MP I respect @IanByrneMP spoke about the hugely important Hillsborough Act but then about liaising with @WB_UK Those of us who have been genuine whistle-blowers & supported whistle-blowers pro bono for years, do not appreciate hearing that a pseudo firm, who have focused on profits & abused vulnerable people are in any way involved in this process. That is my personal view & I have good reason to make the statement I make, & I stand by it. @CompassnInCare @normanlamb @BankConfidenti1 @MLorrM @TransparencyTF @appgonifandffs @efgbricklayer @johnmcdonnellMP

Reposting: Insolvency practitioners charge massive fees. In theory, they are judged by colleagues. It is indeed shocking that they answer to nobody on the accuracy, competence or efficiency of their work. #PGwidow
Correct. IPs have to answer to a limited list of in-house by-laws, judged by colleagues. The list itself appears to exclude matters such as admitting false claims. And they'll only act if the reputation of their business is at stake. Who thought that was good enough? #PGwidow

Great support Artur for a committed whistle-blower. @BankConfidenti1 launches its next report on the "Weaponisation of Insolvency" at the event hosted by @premnsikka in Parliament next Tuesday. Despite only a few weeks notice, the event has been substantially oversubscribed for places. If you are interested I will send you a final copy of the report. These ongoing events are a testimony to the huge amount of work by @TransparencyTF supporting @appgonifandffs and Chair @johnmcdonnellMP following on from sterling work by @BobBlackman We will expose real concerns about insolvency services in the UK. @CarshaltonArt @MLorrM @efgbricklayer @mickmor16921994 @james_glanville

An excellent quarterly meeting of the @appgonifandffs in Parliament on Monday, as always well organised by @TransparencyTF Great speeches & support by MPs & Peers including @johnmcdonnellMP @mpsusanmurray @premnsikka giving the true facts about the UK economy/the City & @NeilForPoole representing @james_glanville confirming the devastating impact of Hidden Credit Lines on SME victims of interest rate swaps & fixed rate loans. It was disappointing not to join the group for refreshments afterwards but after a somewhat fraught year, we treated ourselves to a further viewing of our favourite show @lesmisofficial Brilliant cast & show & very timely to remind us that whatever we are up against, a small group of people acting with integrity & courage can, at times, change the course of history: bing.com/videos/riverview/re… @BankConfidenti1 @AlliMiddleton1 @MLorrM @mickmor16921994 @CarshaltonArt @efgbricklayer @ArturNadol7566 @EmilyBuchanan1 @StuartSyvret @nw_nicholas @EthicalDavid @BomberMorgan @IanByrneMP @Ian_Fraser

Thousands of SME owners believe they were stripped of wealth, businesses and retirement savings through the RBS GRG scandal. For many victims, the damage remains unresolved and the search for justice continues.

Begbies are parasites. I know from first hand experience. Recovery advisors? Massive fees. Liars no intention ever to do anything but screw fees and ensure administrators appointments. My co was never insolvent. They and Barclays made sure it was.
HE DIED BEGGING AN INSOLVENCY FIRM NOT TO BANKRUPT HIS FAMILY. THEY David Morgan was a multi-millionaire businessman. Then his HBOS bank manager, Lynden Scourfield, blackmailed him in 2005. Comply with corrupt demands, or we'll destroy your business. The Morgan family said no. What followed was 20 years of institutional destruction. Scourfield, who was later convicted and jailed, forced the family to re-bank. Their borrowing costs jumped from 2% to 30% overnight. David was simultaneously fighting cancer, missing hospital appointments because Scourfield kept summoning him under threat. In 2009, @LloydsBank Director Mark Medd admitted the bank knew about Scourfield's mess. He promised to investigate. Nothing happened. Instead, insolvency firm Begbies Traynor arrived and spent the next decade pursuing the family through the courts over a debt they had already settled. David Morgan was dying of cancer in November 2013 when he begged them to stop. They refused. He died in April 2014. Begbies partner Paul Stanley filed a public report days later calling the bankruptcies a "win," despite recovering nothing for creditors. @LloydsBank set aside £790 million for HBOS fraud victims. Sir David Foskett promised full restitution. His widow Jane has been in the compensation scheme for five years. She has received zero. Now Begbies Traynor's Paul Barber is taking Jane to court to force a £3 million payout she has never seen, so Begbies can take their fees from it first. @TheFCA has watched every step of this and done nothing. Sir David Foskett promised to meet any victim who requested it. He has refused Jane Morgan six times. Sources: Reuters, CPS conviction record, Foskett Panel statements and others. @stevemiddi1 @MLorrM @TransparencyTF @nw_nicholas

Many on the radar to get to including @LloydsBank directors, corrupt IPs, corrupt lawyers & accountants etc. I have the expert reports produced for Thames Valley Police naming many of these. I have statements from the prostitutes who were going to be witnesses but weren’t. So much yet to come out… @BomberMorgan @BankConfidenti1 @TransparencyTF @efgbricklayer @EmilyBuchanan1 @Ian_Fraser @mickmor16921994 @CarshaltonArt

The statement made by @EileenChubb and others is a lie. Neither WBUK nor our CEO were consulted or given aright to reply. We will not stop supporting whistleblowers because some people don’t like what they have to say #OfficeOfTheWhistleblower

SME lending in the UK is not fit for purpose and has become unsafe for SMEs? I believe it's mainly due to the unhealthy reliance on personal guarantees, which banks can effectively call on at any time. Add SWAPs & EFGs for complete toxicity. Thank you, Marie. #PGwidow

Absolutely true. There is currently NO regulation and NO effective legal recourse for SMEs when the bank does the dirty on them. That's why NO small business owner should even contemplate signing a personal guarantee produced by a bank. They're only after your home. #PGwidow
Utterly heartbreaking. All one can conclude is that there is absolutely no regulation.

That will be an interesting meeting when its set up. Considering that offer was made in Parliament around a month ago about a multi-billion financial fraud against SMEs implicating @TheFCA @bankofengland & @hmtreasury it's concerning that @LucyRigby hasn't agreed a date yet. This is the Post Office scandal x 1,000 & will be exposed. Its interesting then, that politicians might want to put themselves in an Ed Davey position, on a matter of this scale... @LucyRigby has already made a statement in Parliament on 70,000 fixed rate loans, that 'Tailored Business Loans' (TBL) are not regulated. As Clydesdale were the only bank selling TBLs and only sold 8,000 when 70,000 fixed rate loans were sold, I suspect she'll know by know she's already been caught backing @TheFCA cover up of the @UlsterBankNI & @LloydsBank fixed rate loan frauds. A legla opinion in 2014 by Charles Flint KC on Clydesdale TBLs, has been used to mislead @CommonsTreasury & MPs on 70,000 FRL contracts for 12 years. Its whether Ms Rigby KC, who as a lawyer was/is an officer of the court, does the right thing next or not. @TransparencyTF @appgonifandffs @johnmcdonnellMP @premnsikka @labourlewis @IanByrneMP @NeilForPoole @Steffanaquarone @BankConfidenti1 @efgbricklayer @mickmor16921994 @CarshaltonArt

The Questions @LloydsBank needs to answer is how much has been paid to HBOS Reading victims in the Foskett Panel & why are they keeping it a secret? The question @thefca has to answer is why are they letting a bank Review itself again, with no intervention or monitoring of the process? The question @39PublicLaw has to answer is why did Sir David Foskett promise a "fair, generous" review that "would put the victim back in the position they would have been in had the fraud not occurred", if that was not the intention. And why 4 years after the "stakeholder" SME Alliance Directors were well paid, why are there no stakeholders representing victims now? And what the Foskett Panel & @BegbiesTraynor1 need to answer is how a "non legalistic, fair" review could lead to a firm that supplied misleading documents to a court that led to the bankruptcy of 8 victims of the HBOS IAR Fraud, spending £60,000 of creditors money for no return; could then be in a position where they're trying to force a 73 year old widow to hand over all her compensation, to creditors created by the fraud in a court process. David Morgan was a multi-millionaire in 2005 when Lynden Scourfield tried to blackmail him, when his lawyer Peter Williams rather than reporting it, said it was best to refinance with, of all people, UK Acorn's Phillips. Leading to loans at 30% per annum. David died in 2014 with companies in administration and bankrupt without ever seeing justice. After hundreds of thousands in fees & then agreeing to a full & final settlement to end 5.5 years bankruptcy for NO GENUINE debts, Begbies & their lawyers decided they could renege on that, re-open the bankruptcies and come back for the same fees all over again. Cue hundreds of thousands in fees again for again NO GENUINE debts & they are now trying to force Jane - David's widow - to take all £3m to give to a company that secured a judgement on a Personal Guarantee that wasn't assigned to them. This is the "Farce" that @LloydsBank bank are overseeing. David's estates losses with interest exceed £30m but @Lloyds seem to be doing their best to ensure it get's nothing and does not even get annulled. To prove the Leopard hasn't changed its spots Nick Beckwith Lloyds MD has posed as part of the Foskett Panel under the email "rereviewenquiries@lloyds" gathering confidential court documents from lawyers so @LloydsBank are 'Tipped Off' about quantum & causation arguments, just in case the court case fails & the review proceeds. 20 years after the blackmail, 17 years since Mark Medd Lloyds commercial director in 2009 admitted they knew all about the 'Scourfield mess' to David, 8 years of Lloyds directors misleading victims & Parliament that they knew nothing, 9 years after compensation schemes began, 9 years after the Dobbs Review began & 5 years after Jane joined the "Foskett Review" and she has not had a penny for David's direct/consequential losses in the estate. And what has Dame Linda Dobbs been paid by @LloydsBank in the last 9 years & Sir David Foskett KC in the last 5 years whilst some victims have had nothing... Is this how justice works for bank fraud victims in the UK in fair, generous & non legalistic schemes... @appgonifandffs @TransparencyTF @johnmcdonnellMP @premnsikka @Keir_Starmer @RachelReevesMP @StansfeldPCC @Ian_Fraser @jameshurley @EmilyBuchanan1 @financialeyes @BBCBusiness @BomberMorgan @BankConfidenti1 @MLorrM @efgbricklayer @CarshaltonArt @mickmor16921994 @bleating_lamb @EthicalDavid @JohnCena @lspcrendering

If we had to consider as a percentage; how many of the UK judiciary are compromised, bent, untrustworthy, mad (as many barristers tell me), perverts, paedophiles or just plain biased & open to a brown paper envelope- what percentage would be left who are honest/ unbiased?

A reply to my old mate John unusualy i totally agree my stays in Q E Hospital k L& Papworth morale & Brilliant,s of staff Amazing got some hot stories for you pop over to L Flag Welney
Unfortunately I am embarking on my 7th night @PboroCityHosp recovering from a painful colon operation. It has probably been the worst pain I’ve experienced but the staff here continue to make it as painless as possible. Many staff are exhausted as they struggle to recruit and match numbers to need. But here’s the thing. Amidst the onslaught of seriously ill patients requiring constant attention, morale is remarkable. I described it to someone as experiencing an epidemic of kindness. Are we all enjoying similar levels of satisfaction in other hospitals? I would like to think so but recognise others may feel differently. However tonight- in Peterborough city hospital- we should be proud of what our NHS continues to achieve

Missing the facts of the fraud, theft asset stripping, broken family’s,stress, early deaths & suicides cause by @TheFCA cover up, some defended them suggesting maybe banks were too supportive to SMEs. Maybe his mind was elsewhere… bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-he…
