The desperation to turn every impressive female achievement into a competition against men is getting ridiculous. She's strong, give her credit. But why does appreciating her strength require pretending male bodybuilders are somehow inferior?

Using weights across different muscle groups helps build overall strength while developing the body more evenly.
Full-body workouts are a practical way to train several major muscle groups in one session.

Why would a trainer put someone this overweight through a single-leg press with that much load without considering the stress on their joints? This is seriously irresponsible.

Muscle is built when you rest, not while you lift.
Sleep 7 to 9 hours
Walk 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day (if you’re well below that, add about 1,000 a week)
Take your rest days seriously
What’s your average daily step count? Be honest

A 415 kg machine shoulder press is an enormous load. Having someone standing on the machine makes this lift even more concerning.

The fit is fitting and the quads are quadding. What would you train first if we hit the gym together?

Incline 15. Speed 3. 30 minutes straight.
Then single leg raises, 3x10 each leg, and knee tucks until failure.
No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just boring, consistent work.
Do you think simple routines like this beat complicated programs?

Quad-focused lower body day.
Machines, controlled reps, full range of motion. No ego lifting.
Legs are the hardest muscle group to train and the easiest one to skip. Most people quit the set before it gets uncomfortable.
Do you train legs as hard as you train everything else?

Power originates in the legs. 🦵
Strong legs aren't just about size. They're the foundation of your strength, balance, and athleticism. Quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves: every part matters, and symmetry comes from training them all with intent.
The basics still win:
✔ Compound movements
✔ Full range of motion
✔ Progressive overload
✔ Consistency & recovery
Master your legs, and the rest of your body will follow.

Legs and glutes don't build themselves. 🍑🔥
Heel-elevated Smith machine squats and rear-foot elevated split squats: a deep range of motion, controlled reps, and real intent behind every set.
Why this combo works:
✔ Elevated heels = more quad and glute stretch at the bottom
✔ Split squats fix imbalances side to side
✔ Slow eccentrics = more tension, more growth
No shortcuts. Just show up, load the bar, and own the movement.
What's your go-to exercise for building glutes? And do you train single-leg work every week, or skip it? 👇

925 pounds on the leg press is a heavy load, but the depth of each rep matters just as much as the weight on the machine.

Until I see proper media coverage of Anatoly lifting those ridiculously heavy weights under verified conditions, I’m not buying it. Too many of his videos look staged, and I’m starting to question how much of that weight is actually real.
