Some of you are doing some of the right things but the reasons you're not successful is that you are not locked in enough.
And you're not locked in enough because you want to have your cake and eat it: you want to be able to hang with all your friends, eat anything you like, sleep as long as you want and also still win.
The problem is that it does not always work. When you lock in, your circle will narrow to only a few essential folks, you might change a lot about your habits; you might sleep less and a whole lot of other changes.
So you don't do it. You rather "manage". There is a time for everything. If you are in lock in season, please leave everything and lock in.
When you ease off, the things and people you missed will be there. At least the ones that matter.

It is not always malaria and typhoid. Let me tell you a story. A man was brought into the pharmacy by his friend. He could barely stand, so I had to give him a chair to seat.
I asked his friend what happened and he said, as they were walking down the road, his friend started saying his head was banging, his eyes were blurry, that he feels dizzy. So he quickly brought him to the pharmacy so he can get appropriate meds.
